I *think* you get Delta Club, free food, watch intermission interviews and be on TV in the background, etc...

No on the 1879 club, you pretty much would have to be up against the ice, but not on the 7th ave side

Doesn't say on the 2011 seating chart about it for either but if you go through the benefits for the glass seats and those in section 2 on the 2012 seating chart, it says "limited to 100 of the Garden's most elite season subscribers." I don't know what else it could be if it isn't the 1879 club.

You're fine than. NYR TE disables the barcodes on the old tickets and reissues you the tickets with new bar codes. It's through the team so they are guaranteed to work. Was the $250 for the pair? If so that's a hell of a deal, won't be able to beat it probably.

You got a great deal, and it's completely legitimate because the barcodes come straight from the Rangers

Thanks! I've only gone to 1 playoff game before (Game 4 when they swept Atlanta.. can't remember the year either 07 or 08) and I have goosebumps just remembering the atmosphere at the Garden that night. When I saw that deal up on ticketexchange I was so excited that I may have peed a little. I've been looking for tickets so hard for that game.. I bank with Chase and I missed out on that presale within 2 minutes of it starting and have been looking ever since. So glad I could find something that wasn't outrageous. I've read this thread pretty much from the beginning and I don't care what anyone says, brokers are scum. I know people that have been watching the Rangers long before I was born that can't afford these BS StubHub prices with the economy the way it is now. Here's to hoping as many true fans as possible can grab seats for a reasonable price.

Dude are you kidding me that's unbelievable. I havent seen anything even close to those prices and I've checked everywhere. Got 2nd row 300s for $360/pair and first row west balcony for $370/pair for games 1 and 2... unbelievable luck you have

Seems like TE is the way to go. Looking at the prices, there are multiple pairs under $150 per in the 400s for game 1. Plus, there's only a $2 per ticket fee and that's it. No extra fees like StubHub so the price you see is basically the price you are paying.

I've found craigslist and ebay (bids only) to be the best.. sometimes you can get realllly good deals nowhere even close to market value prices.

I've never really looked at Craigslist but people have told me the same. Only thing is with TE they're guaranteed to be real and work. You never know with a site like that.

I'm no expert, but I believe the only thing you won't see is the Garden Vision.

It will be tough to see below the goal line you're closest to and you won't be able to see Gardenvision. Up to you if you wanna spend more since it will probably cost more to get seats that aren't obstructed like that.
