The reason I'm asking is, in my fantasy league in which you keep everyone, I can get him for Randy Robitaille. Granted Robitaille sucks, and I'd be probably dropping him once a few of my guys get off the IR (it's been a rough year), but is Fisher gonna be worth having any time soon?

He's not a powerforward type, first of all. He's a Mike Peca type. He's a great role player for Ottawa, and we currently miss his fiestiness.
He's injury prone, so he is a risk in that regard. He's also part of a very offensive oriented line-up that's very young. He may not have the opporunity to get the offensive ice-time needed to be a major point producer, but I would say he's definitely worth a Randy Robitaille once he gets back from his injury.
