i don't buy albums anymore (or illegally download them or whatever). I will have to get some Bob Marley however, as three times he's come on the radio and every time our baby goes into some sort of trance. that's going to come in handy.

Hell yeah! Has anyone seen any of their live DVD's? They're awesome. Huge inflatable dragons, awesome set-pieces, Jack Black sword fighting while he's singing. Very entertaining.

I regret that I never got to see The Scorpions in concert. They came to only a select few cities in the U.S. about five years ago and one of them happened to be Maplewood, Minnesota, only 20 min away from me. They are still my favorite rock band of all time. Rockin' hard since 1965, one of the oldest bands still out there, although they'll be retiring once their current tour comes to a close. Here's one of my favorites from them:

If you're directly circumventing office IT policy, you might as well be filing applications elsewhere because at any place that gives enough effort to block that stuff, the only question is "when" they find you and establish corporate discipline, not "if."

i was going to write this. our IT guys are all over that crap. be nice to them and they'll let things slide until someone requests the info, but they're a capricious lot in general so you're better off obeying.
