i love to get a ryan murray (craig button says.. Craig's Notes: A very smart and steady player without flash who will help a team win.)

Then i realize, we HAD that guy in Ryan Mcdonagh...

Because 17 year olds don't heal the same way as 32 year olds.

A lot of 16-17 year olds tear up their knees before playing professionally and have no health concerns during their careers, not just in hockey.

You can't be serious.

Burke can dangle Schenn and the 5 spot for 1st all he wants; he'd get laughed at.

11/13 @ Mississauga...He had 3 points and looked pretty good to me.
02/17 @ Guelph...No points -1 but was dangerous quite a few times.
02/25 @ Sarnia...3 points and looked good.

I actually catch about a dozen OHL games a year as it's far cheaper than the ACC!

EDIT: I'll also add regarding Subban, I really like the fact that he's settled down a little and doesn't try to carry the puck quite as much.
You wouldn't be passing up 1st+3rd, you're just passing up the 1st as we already have the 3rd.
Yakupov+3rd is not better than Subban+3rd.

Yakupov is not worth Subban, that's ridiculous.

Haha, I think he probably got a phone call from his agent. I'd be very happy if we got both Roy and Grigorenko next season, but I wouldn't mind Galchenyuk.

LOL Gotta give it to the kid. Sounds like he wants to play for the Habs, and likes playing for Roy.

I was listening to Roy on CHRC 800 and he was saying that Grigo seems tired overall. It's no excuse, but he's pretty young, let's not forget that. Before I get grilled about MacKinnon outperforming him while younger...it's not uncommon for a smaller player to be more adult energy wise than a bigger / taller player and Nathan is a very special player. That being said, MacKinnon really sunk his team during the 2nd game, bad giveaways in important moments.

Grigorenko knows something we don't.

He deleted this tweet from his twitter account;

"Can't wait to be drafter and play for P.Roy again".

Maybe Grigorenko is just tired of playing in the chl and simply doesn't give a shi7 about the tourney? . With all the negativity surrounding him, he still is the 2nd ranked player according to Bob Mac and more than likely will be in the Biggs next year. 85 points with a half @$$ effort is pretty good.

Anyone of Grigorenko, Murray, or Galchenyuk for me. Just don't see anything special about Forsberg from his highlight packages...

I'm aware of that. Everyone has their own opinion. I think that trading a D-man for the 1st overall pick is a good return. Especially considering that the potential 1st and 3rd pick played with each other in Junior.

Anyway, it won't happen so let's just end it. I enjoy reading your posts sometimes but your attitude is a bit much. There are always people that are going to have different view points, and I find that you either assume that whoever doesn't agree with you doesn't know what they're talking about or their opinions are just ridiculous...You should walk away from the keyboard for a few minutes before you post sometimes!

Not always about points... He did have the team high in minutes used and was in every situation possible. If he scored more of his chances in the first half, you'd be singing a different tune.

Oddly enough, the only move I'd consider doing is the 3rd overall + 2013 1st pick for the 1st overall. I'd rather keep Tinordi as he's a piece the current team is missing as well as the only real physical defenceman in the prospect pool.

Say what you want about the 2013 Draft, but I'd put my money on the Habs being in, or very close, to the playoffs next season. I think the three 2nd round picks makes it easier to swallow as well.

But in the end nothing will happen. I'm hoping for Forsberg. The pick with the least amount of question marks.

Grigo already got his account hacked? Hehe.

Also, anyone who saw Jess Tanguy play, is he for real? He's absolutely killing it in the playoffs and was over a PPG in the season. Is he worth a look?

I just think we are over-reacting to the thought Columbus will take Galchenyuk.

I highly doubt they go after him, not with Johanssen, Brassard, and Boone Jenner set up as 1-2-3 down the middle.

I think they go Murray or Forsberg.

I can guarantee you that nobody will be giving up their 2013 pick until a new CBA is reached. At least, you'd have to be an idiot to do it...and saying that, you should be glad Gauthier is not your GM anymore
