I dont think some of you understand the term overrated
It implies that people are talking them up, not that he is having a bad year. Bobby Ryan and Getzlaf are not overrated, everyone agrees they had a bad year.
Fleury on the other hand one might argue is overrated because he has been absolutely average and yet some people think he deserves a Vezina nod.
And how is Taylor Hall overrated? He has been injured for so long
I don't understand how Elliott can be considered overrated this year? Overrated means someone who people think they are better than they actually are. Elliott put up the best numbers this year by far, which means he had an incredible season. That doesn't mean overrated.
I fully endorse this lineup, and not just because Carter is in it.

I think its because people have been making threads about him getting the Vezina despite not even being a starting goalie.
Also this season compared to the rest of his career seems like an anomaly.
I personally don't think he's anywhere near the most overrated goalie in the league though.

While I agree he's probably not as good as he showed this year, the thread was 'most overrated this year. I definitely don't think he should be in the running because, like you said, he just didn't play enough games.

Well personally I've never given an opinion on either one until just now, so I don't speak on behalf of whatever organization you're talking about, but Kessel is a one dimensional offensive player. He has top level skill from the blueline in, but he's one of the worst top line forwards defensively in the league.
