Agency bold FB condensed
16 px size in GIMP, don't know how that translates to pt though
I use a 1 pixel growth for the border of the letters, don't know what BT has been using but that's kind of a minor thing.

Just use GIMP
Leave the frames as layers (in the order you want them to show, from the bottom up)
Save as a .gif
Choose to save as an animation rather than to flatten the image
Set your delay time (3000ms is what we've been using)
And that's it.
