really like the squad if all the players play to their potential. That being said, I cant see Kelly and Yunel really lighting it up this year

Toronto's a bit of a sleeping giant due to their good prospects and theoretical ability to open up the wallet and lure in top free agents.

I think that they're at least a year away, however. Unfortunately for the Jays they're in the worst division in baseball to have pitching questions -- there are no easy lineups in the AL East, not even Baltimore (as the Red Sox found out the hard way last fall.)

Predictions for Lawrie? I think this guy is absolute stud. He's not a huge guy but his batspeed is ridiculous.

I could see

.290 33 Hrs 95 RBI

They need everyone to stay healthy, that's one of the keys to a successful season. But they're in a really hard division. It's going to be tough.

Nice win over Cleveland today, though it took 16 innings.

C.Perez of Indians has an ERA of 40.50 after giving up three runs on three hits to the Jays.

Just settling in to watch my 1st Sox v Jays game of the year. Woo woo! Love this time of year.

Anyway, maybe I'm just noticing what the rest of you already know, but Buck Martinez has 1 truly exceptional head of hair. I can't decide if it's ridiculous or magnificent. Is it flow? I can't decide. It doesn't even move. Is it a wig? I mean my god, it's flawless! All I know, is that flow wig knows baseball, and I want 1.
