I read all post you guys wrote about Siflverberg this year and i have to admit that he is the prospect i can't wait to see in action.
At the start of the season, i bought sportsnet, because i live in Québec and i tought i'll be able to watch all the Sens game. At that time i wasn't aware of the regional brodcast . In the end i was able to watch the Sens with TVA sport .
The reason i'm writing all this, it's because, last week-end sportsnet broadcasted the Ottawa 67 game and i saw a guy name Shane Prince in action. I don't know if it's just me, because i know one game is not enough to evaluate a player, but this guy looks like he could be the best prospect we drafted last year.
I wonder what you guys from Ottawa can tell me about him, but from what i saw he seems really good with the puck, dangling through the other team defencemen, scoring a couple of goal and passing à la Spezza, not bad at all for a second round pick

We get to watch him a lot here for the 67's and for me one of the things I like is that he seems to have raised his game in the playoffs.
Not a very big guy but take a look back in this thread and you will find lots of opnions about Prince.
Edmonton gets an early pp goal in the 3rd period now up 3-1, now 4-1 on another pp goal by moroz
Stone has been injured, shutting down Brandon has been keyed to Mark Stone, and a dedicated checking line and defence pairing has been playing against him, and they have played him very hard, that has been the case this whole playoff season, and a suspected hand injury has him out of the game.
Edmonton up 5-1 now, real softy but it looks like the team has given out on this night
Opposing teams like to slash stone's hands and wrists a ton, you saw that in the wjc and again in these playoffs. Hopefully not the same injury, something the senators medical staff should look at.
Edmonton wins 5-1; they are up 3-0 in the series, first two games were very close but tonight after stone was injured they just fell apart

This guy say Claesson will leave Sweden for next season. Dunno if this tweeter is a guy to trust though
I tweeted Claesson myself and asked if he was coming to Ottawa with Zibanejad. He actually replied to me and said he hopes to be here in the summer with Mika.
I would imagine it will depend on what the Sens want.

That's great news.
He is, IMO, one of the more underrated Sens prospects. I really like his chances to be a solid NHLer.
Silfverberg - If he was here, he would pretty much be in the lineup.
Zbad - Don't care about burning a year off his ELC. He will get his money sooner or later. Would hurt him too as it gives him one year less to attain his bonuses.
Hopes they move down in the draft (because of playoff success) but is pretty happy about drafting 15th. Wasn't looking that way after clinching against the Isles.
On Bingo - Black Aces will consist of calling up 4 forwards, 3 D and a goalie.
My guess would be Hoff, AP, Da Costa, Silfverberg, Wier, Gryba, Boro & Lehner. (I think Silf would be included in the 4 F).

To add to this:
On Silfverberg - Tim addressed the World Championships and said that Jakob's people are working to get him released because he wants to be in Ottawa. So if/when they win the SEL title if Ottawa is playing it sounds like he is on the way. I seem to recall someone talking about him not being able to come over because of the Worlds so at least that should clear things up.
On the Draft - At the 16th spot they like about 15 guys and Tim is of the belief that there will still be an impact forward/defensemen at that point that will be better than the third/fourth line player that they would've got later in the first round.

Interesting, I guess we won't be trading back then, if anything up

It sounds like T.Murray thinks that Silfverberg is most NHL ready followed closely by Zibanejad and Stone. My guess is that those three will be a big part of the black aces squad.
He also stated that they are planning on bringing up 3-5 forwards from Bingo (unless he meant that the black aces squad would only have 3-5 forwards). So my guess is that they call up Hoffman, Petersson, Da Costa, Dziurzynski and Grant.
The are more concerned with Zibanejad's energy level and physicality than his ability to score in Bingo.
i wish we could add Silfverberg Zibanejad and Stone 3 top flight talent for the playoffs
At this point it sounds like they will all be part of the black aces squad. I don;t know if they will play all of them but it is certainly a possibility.
Is Blood eligible to play for the sens in the playoffs? I know that any player signed after the deadline is ineligible but are their different restrictions regarding players being signed that had their rights held by an organization?

if Kreider is for NYR i dont see why Blood wouldnt be for us

This.
The "can't play because you signed too late in the season" rule only applies to players who were not already property of the organization when signing (as far as I know).
Kreider and Blood were already property of their respective orgs, so they can play as much as they want in the postseason.

Vs Hank a player like Mark Stone would be a massive asset infront of the net with his hands and size

Thanks, I figured that was the rule. I wonder if he is added to the black aces squad.

I think Stone would be a valuable asset in the same sense that both Siflverberg and Zibanejad would be assets in the playoffs. All three players have decent size and grit, would add some nice energy to the lineup and they all possibly could create some offence. All three players could wind of scoring some key goals simply because they are talented and that other teams may have not sufficiently scouted them.
