On the bright side to what happened during game 1, it's not like the Kings showed anything special. The amount of penalties/unforced turnovers by the Canucks EVERY team in the playoffs and quite a few outside of them would have beaten them.
Sure Quick is good, but he's not unbeatable, and while our PP was terrible there's wasn't very good either.
He didn't look too spectacular to me last night, aside from the fact that we probably had like 14 SOG. When the puck was in their zone on a couple of our dominating shifts (I know there weren't many), he seemed to be fumbling a lot. Raymond/Burrows kept tying to stuff the puck through his pads when he was already flat along the ice. They just needed to elevate it. We didn't make it hard on him at all. That was an easy night for him because we played like trash.

Hit the other team and you're sparking the other team, don't hit them and you're a bunch of wimps. Damned if you, damned if you don't. All I care about at this point is winning game 2; coming back from 2-0 down would be a very difficult task.
I have no problem with the Bitz suspension, but it's basically the equivalent of the Keith suspension, which is ridiculous. Keith shouldn't even be playing yet.

Didn't spend too much time talking about the Canucks. Just said that hitting doughty sparked the Kings and ended by saying the Canucks will be fine. Also briefly mentioned the strong play of Luongo.
Dave Pratt just tweeted that an "inside source" says Daniel will be back for Game 3. Find it hard to believe, especially coming from Pratt,but for what it's worth...

When we're watching one of our games at our house we usually make the popcorn at the end of the third just in time for Cherry. The stuff that come out of this guys mouth is comedy gold.
Hope to see the team actually concentrate on playing tomorrow. They can dive, but don't ****ing make it so obvious. It hurts more than it helps. The refs really aren't that dumb.
