Can't criticize the team so they kill the fans.

We should hold press conferences and vote on what chants we should use during the game so as not to offend anyone or leave any country out. *rolls eyes*...Who cares...
Because its ****ing stupid. These players aren't playing for their country, they're playing for the fans in their city.

AA with two assists and a few scoring chances. I'm loving his game tonight.

Capitals playing the Bruins very close. That series will be no cakewalk for the Bruins. I actually picked Caps in 7.

It was flat-out incompetent.

Missed penalties are one thing, but blatantly calling icings when the player had already gained the red line, or when the defense could have easily played the puck just reeks of pure incompetence.

10, only 7 of which are playing.

We have 8 Americans playing, by my last count.

I'm aware of that. But this game isn't USA vs. Canada. It's NY vs. Ottawa, just like it would be NY vs. Washington or NY vs. Boston.

Who said the Bruins-Caps game has no emotion?
Pretty feisty right now. Cap sticking his glove in Lucic's face.

Great stuff.

Anytime a Canadian is upset about the "USA" chants, we can always turn to this for comfort.

In all seriousness though, it is a stupid chant and like the Bruins fans, it's nice to see that most Rangers fans agree. I'm pulling hard for the Rangers in this series, as is the rest of Leaf Nation I'm sure. **** Ottawa.

Big deal "USA" was being chanted. smh

Not sure why some feel slighted...

There are other dumb (but funny) chants the Garden does, but no one *****es about it.

Ever thought that maybe they're some Sens fans in the stands and it's directed towards them?

I can't help but feel good for Boyle on that goal. The puck was trying its absolute hardest to go wide, but couldn't for the life of it. You could almost hear it say "you win this one Boyle!"

Always hated the USA chant.

Just makes no sense considering each team has their fair share of non-Americans. Whatever, though, I don't make a big deal out of it.
