Yes, it is.

But so is chanting a players name for an clean hit for over 2 decades. You'd think we could find something new.

I see where you are coming form, totally. But, its just a silly chant, its not meant to be taken seriously. Just a chant at a sports game, like Hulk Hogan's theme or something. Cheesy, not serious. At least thats how I see it

Its not like the Sens aren't trying its just that the Rangers are giving them no room and that's a good thing. As i stated in the matchup thread we'd need to give Karlsson no space on the PP and so far so good and we'd need to neutralize their space for those creative offensive players they have -- so far so good. Now Lundqvist must play strong and the D must contain the forwards through the third.

Keep forcing those turnovers in the neutral zone too, those are really helping to stymie the attack of Ottawa.

Let's go Rangers.

P.S.: USA chant is arrogant and idiotic. We know where we are....

And NY is in the US while Ottawa is in Canada.

Whatever, it's a matter of taste.

Yeah, but 23-7 in shots. Caps won't win any games with that offense, they're getting smothered.

Tortorella's timeout is the turning point of the game (so far).

Hank has been godly tonight so far. This is how he needs to play if we're going to go far. Great, great game by him.

Arty has also been fantastic, he's making things happen.

Richards line looks good, too.

Boyle, Prust and Feds have looked good in flashes.

Like a switch was flipped.

A switch was flipped, they tried to score after that. Changed things up. That shows a team that believes in their coach.

I always thought Holtby was their best goaltender, so it wouldnt shock me to see him steal a game or two.

Incompetent? Mario must be a minority owner of the sens!

Spezza has been neutered so far.
Hope this keeps up.
Senators shot total is not to be ignored, but the Rangers are much tighter on Spezza than in the regular season. Way tighter.
