no matter how disappointing Havlat was (injury etc) the trade will be worth it for SJ if they win a cup.

I think it had to do with the majority of the trade from a SJS perspective.

He has a reputation for playing his best hockey in the playoffs. I wouldn't necessarily credit his success to the trade... Although the Sharks were able to get him into the playoffs while the Wild couldn't.

Sooo... Whenever I see Corey Crawford, I'm left wondering why he's Chicago's starter. I think they go hard after Harding or Vokoun this summer.
