I've been very critical of Brown over the years but tonight he stepped up huge when the team needed him. Here's to you captain...

And I think I've been more critical of him and yeah, he's been decent since the deadline.

Forget about this game now. We need to think ahead to our next game. We have sucked at home the last two playoffs. Simply put. We need to put this to rest and end this at home. No chances for Vancouver to come back.
We need to win game 3 at home, not just because I am flying all the way down from Vancouver to watch, but to put this home playoff losing streak behind us. New Coach. New start.

Get it done

I'm done celebrating this win

Wow

So excited, what a great win Kings!

They are showing on the highlights now how Kopitar took FOUR Canucks out of the play, enabling Brownie to get that shortie for us! What a play!

Thank you Quick, and Richards you both were outstanding!

It's so nice to see that puck on Richards stick as he lifts it out of our zone to center ice and doesn't get it down the ice far enough for an icing call. Remember how badly we needed that in the first part of the season?

Just because there's a goalie, doesn't mean you can't score.

I knew they'd be in trouble when they only tried to show up for tough games. Weak division and tried to coast too much the entire season. Developed too many bad habits and we're just not that good. The better team is winning.

Good luck next round if you guys hold us off.
Sly little way of saying that the Kings are winning because one of the ugly brothers is out.

So a few weeks ago I wanted the kings to keep stoll at around 2 million a season and dump penner. If penner plays balls out the rest of the season I want him back at 2 to 3 million.. Stoll can go we need his salary and an upgrade.

That's what I was thinking. But you know what? Who cares? A de-evolution into excuses when the chips are down is to be expected from this bunch.
