If you were a blind man, you would be hard-pressed to know who the Canucks' opponent was.

Finally gave up, and switched it to Bob and Jim. It really says something that the local broadcasters are much more unbiased than the Canadian national broadcasters.

Pathetic.
Being from Canada and having to listen to that asshat call games, trust me...Jim Hughson is a disgrace to his own craft. His Canuck homerism is absolutely disgusting. If I could get a US feed on my TV, I'd be watching that instead.

Interesting fact. The Kings have 26 playoffs appearances in their history and Vancouver has 25. They have both achieved the same number of Stanley Cup victories. LA has 4 cup rings playing for them, Vancouver has 1. Yet, they look down on us like they are royalty and we are garbage peasants. 7 times has a President's Trophy winning team gone on to win the cup out of the 26 times it has been handed out since its inception. They are in for a surprise. We've kicked them off their high horse. Back to LA where we will determine their fate. Game 3 will either set up the final nail in the coffin or give them a spark of hope, either way, they have to go at least 4-1 against us now, couldn't have asked for a better start. GO KINGS!

I can't stand that little wiesel Burrows!
Who else tries to take a goalie off his game by punching him twice for no reason?

Their arrogance is astounding. It really is.

One guy went to their board saying he was a Habs fan and wondering what kind of "playoff pedigree" L.A. had. Truly ignorant. One Canuck fan pointed out to him Richards and Carter have a Calder Cup together and went to the SC Finals two years ago.

I can add more. Penner has an SC with Anaheim. Scuds with Pittsburgh. Williams with Carolina. Stoll went to the SC Finals with Edmonton.

And on and on and on. There is plenty of playoff experience for the Kings.

These so-called "fans" probably should know their sport a lot more than they do.

In other News the CBC broadcasts PBP guys Craig Simpson and John Hughson need a lesson in being professional and impartial during a game, that was one of the most horrendous homer announcer crapfests I have ever had to listen to during a playoff game.

Great Game Kings...If you guys think that CBC Broadcast was bad try being a Leaf Fan. Those two clowns are our regular guys and they support any team playing the Leafs. So it good see that someone else see the two clowns for what they really are and should both be fired... Go Kings Go... Go Rangers Go

The first Brown goal indicated to me that the Kings scouted the Canucks to a point where they know what time they eat, how they sleep, how often they breathe, etc. I don't know who does the scouting but they've done a great job so far, as illustrated by Henrik and Kesler being rendered somewhat ineffective. The Kings have what Henrik is supposed to do with the puck in the cycle game pretty much figured out which is a pretty big shock to me. I figured the team was going to have to deal with Henrik doing a lot when his line was out there but that hasn't been the case. He has two assists but they haven't come as a result of dominant play.

Canucks fan here at peace, congrats at winning two games at Rogers Arena, I think your team deserve to win it. Seriously this series is done, I simply do not see how we are going to come back at all, in a way it's good for the Canucks that we are out in the first round though, we seriously need to get rid of AV, he is a freaking liability to us right now.

PS, Willie Mitchell is still my favourite player

Contrary to what Blackhawks fans may feel, you don't need a cheapshot to our star player to win. That would not be factual at all.

Even with Daniel Sedin the Canucks would have at best a split. and that's a stretchhhhh armstrong.

Game 1 KINGS got the breaks (puck over glass) and won despite Lu's super hot tending. (King's dominated game)

Game 2 they made the breaks for themselves and never ever looked in doubt. (Brown beast mode) FYI, when the media put his name up at deadline I screamed for the Nucks to trade Schroeder and ALL picks for him. He's that good.

Kings are just 100% better right now.

I see a sweep. Kings will go on to face a good team and hopefully be ready. Kings are the first team in 4yrs to beat Van that I haven't considered FILTHY. Kudos for actually being better at HOCKEY (not goalie running or playing between whistles). No ill will towards Kings. They are just better. Turns out OUR goalies would have to steal the series. May the best team win. (Sooooooooo....KINGS) At least it's not as heartwrenching to lose to a clean team who deserves it. Good luck the rest of the way Kings.

From a 23yr Canucks fan.

Some feel Henrik is nothing without his brother in this series, can people just accept the fact that the Kings' strengths are their defense and goaltending? they should have known that coming into the series.
