That's pretty much a season-ender, right there. I don't think anyone short of an archangel can take that and stay standing.

Well technically speaking, If Sam didn't need sleep to operate, he could probably be "normal" i suppose, but who knows what they're gonna write-in.

As for the new episode
Spoil:
Didn't take long for bobby to "comeback"

Why the spoilers?

Balls! So Bobby didn't cross over yet... And how on Earth does Ratface have a job in Hollywood? Seriously. And why did that shojo look like the girl from The Ring/The Grudge?

Supernatural is so much better without the Leviathans.

Azazel, IMO, is still the best villain they've ever had on the show.

I can't wait until the entire show is over with. It's not becase it's bad it's because CW's schedule is sucky.

New Episode this friday. My only guess it's on break because they are working out the new season or CW is just retarded with their scheduling.

As Bobby said, "they're not always the brightest of the bunch". Did Bobby somehow become more powerful when the other guy tried to suck him? Wait, that sounds something Crowley might do...

Yup, he gained some power from that mighty ghost.

Many people say they don't like the direction Supernatural is going, I am not really sure. Things right now seem to be pretty random but I still like it. They have to get things straight though and just tell now what the real storyline of Season 7 is.

CW scheduling is ridiculously bad.

Don't tell me they're taking another break...

Felicia Day needs to be seen again. Best female side character since...ever. And she's cute. All in all a one of the best episodes in a long while and with fairly little CGI needed. Seemed more like Mission Impossible episode. More of this please. Dick is also so delightfully douchy, creepy and evil.

"This. Never. Happened."

Balls! Now I've got "Walking on sunshine" playing in my head again...

I'm shocked by this good news but there will be Season 8 of Supernatural.

fromzap2it.com:

It's about time! Zap2it can officially confirm that The CW has finally given "Supernatural" cast and crew the official word that the show has been renewed for Season 8 -- and it's a good thing, too, because we're hearing that Season 7 will end with an impressive cliffhanger.

Of course, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles will both return as Sam and Dean Winchester. Additionally, mainstays Jim Beaver and Misha Collins have expressed interest in revisiting the show next season. "I had that conversation with Sera and Bob recently, and told them 'Hey, just so you know, I would love to keep working on the show,'" Collins told us.

That said, executive producer and showrunner Sera Gamble has chosen to develop other projects this year, and thus is stepping down from her position. Former "Supernatural" writer Jeremy Carver is returning to the show as a co-showrunner with Robert Singer. Carver will also continue to run SyFy's "Being Human" remake.

The CW is expected to announce the rest of its 2012-2013 renewals before May 17, when they'll present their upcoming programming to advertisers at the New York City upfront.

Awesome news on season 8! Even if the show hasn't been up to the standard of the earlier season's, I'd rather have another season of Supernatural than have only Fringe to downl...watch on weekends. I just hope they'll handle next season' plot better than this season's, far too many filler episodes that gave me a feeling they either didn't know how to end the season at first or knew but it wouldn't take that much time so they stuck a bunch of filler episodes in the middle.

This week's episode was..weird. So much good stuff (Cas, Megan), coupled with weird stuff (Cas). Still can't get over the fact how weird Rachel Miner looks. Did she have a baby or something? Her face looks so bloated up but it's not like she's fat at all. Edit: apparently she's been on some medication?

One rumour is that she was/is taking steroids due to recent spinal surgery or due to an ongoing kidney problem which could explain her appearance.

All I could find from Google were those rumors of kidney problems.

"What makes Dick so hard to beat?" Ron Maclean would be proud.

"See you next season" Wow, nice of you to break the 4th wall...

Am I the only who think those docile "food supply" people resembled HFBoards posters? I could just imagine them thinking "Bettman hates Canada, Crosby crying, refs suck, Rinne for Kadri and a 1st".

"Carry on my wayward son..." Aah, Supernatural season finale with the traditional opening. I think this was probably an even a bigger cliffhanger than in several past seasons. I was surprised Bobby didn't stick around to help in the final battle. I would think he could've waited just a little bit longer. Since Sam is going have to do it alone (continuing with the Dick puns), I hope Charlie's going to be seen more next season. And if Dick's gone, what about the rest of the Leviathans?

Am i the only one that found the bobby thing stupid? He didnt go full vengeful yet, he wasn't at inner peace, he didnt go out with an explosion or whatever ghosts do and they didnt show him AT ALL as he disappeared, then the camera showed Cas. Then suddenly cas grew a pair of balls so i can only assume bobby got inside of cas somehow or something along those lines...

Man, they have the best intros for their finales.

I think it was more meaningful to watch Sam and Dean's reactions to seeing Bobby leaving them for good...maybe. Hard to believe this show is going to have an 8th season. Started watching from Season 1 and never would have though it'd be popular enough to last this long.

Is there any chance they'll bring their father back? Seems like the writers would have thought about it by now, is the actor dead set against it or something?

I actually liked last year's finale better than this one. Still I can't wait to see what happens next season.
