Not a big Montell Jordan fan. Love 90's music though.

Music hasn't been the same since.

Lets Go Rangers!

3-2 Win
Boyle
Richards
Anisimov

OT: I just read the Sports Illustrated piece on Hank, great article. We are so lucky to have him and really hope he can get that ring. I recommend reading it if you haven't done so already.

Favorite part was the love he said he recieved after his first win, and how suprised he was to hear the building chant "HEN-REEK" after he let up a goal while leading 4-0 in his second game.

I don't blame Rangers fans at all for booing, but Spezza and Michalek do this all the time in Ottawa during the Canadian anthem, so it doesn't really have anything to do with disrespecting the country.

Ok so then they disrespect both anthems. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. And they shouldn't do it in away arenas, it sends a bad message towards the fans.

USA chants were totally justified.

Excited since I woke up this morning. Just got my beer on, and will be moving on to whisky in due time. Beer, Pizza and Caps - Bruins; not a bad warmup to tonights game.

Expecting a close game with a gwg for Gabs. Was hoping to see Kreider out there, but none of the guys deserve to sit, so I'm fine with the lineup as it is.

Sorry for the long post and explanation on something that carries no weight in your lives and to the sport of the hockey. However, I will say this:

Let's Go Rangers!!!
I feel ya. I am stuck at work tonight, gotta listen to it on the radio. I wish NBC was showing more games, kind of like fox and cbs do with football playoffs and baseball playoffs, showing the games on NBC instead of networks like NHLN or NBCSN. This is why I wish ESPN still covered hockey we get ESPN/ESPN2 at work but not NBCSN or NHLN obviously.

Good stuff! I guess us being in Europe might be a couple of beers ahead because of the time difference. Where in Norway btw? What Get team do you follow?

My guess is that Kreider wont be in until anyone deserves to be out, fair enough I think. So far so good anyway, right?

Hoppla!

Don't see how it justifies the USA chant. USA chant is stupid anywhere except the Olympics.

When fans are under the impression that players on a Canadian team just smacked their country in the face by skating in front of the armed forces holding the flags before the anthem is done, I think it's justified.

And to clarify, I'm one of the biggest haters of the USA chant because of how many Canadian players make up American teams, so it takes a lot for me to give the chant justification, and I give it justification on Thursday night.

BTW, the Sens put Alfie on the Spezza line? Putting all their eggs in one basket? Might be good news for the Rangers.

Agreed. To be honest I cant blame players for not being able to stand still right before game 1 of the PO's.
I think people are reading too much into the whole thing. No disrespect, just after hearing the anthems already 82 times this season I can imagine players getting a little antsy right before game 1. In my book thats how is should be, players being fired up and ready to go I mean

Except that's not how it is at all. Sens fans have come here and told us that Spezza and Michalek do it in Ottawa too. They weren't antsy, it's their gig. And Ranger fans got pissed rightfully so because it looked like a big smack in the face to our country.

Well you and other fans can get as pissed as you want i guess.
People have different ideas of whats disrespectful. What about the players not singing, or the ones not putting their hand on their heart? Disrespecful too? Bigger issues in the world than this, just saying..

Edit: and what about the fans at MSG screaming during the anthem?
