Although I hate the thought of the Kings advancing, a sweep of the Nucks would just be hilarious.

As much as I hat the Kings, I'm quite partial to the 8th seed taking out the President's trophy winners. Wonder why?

Vancouver is such a disgrace with how they play I fully support LA winning.

I knew this could happen with Canucks, that's why I had Queens taking them to game 7.

Washington is doing absolutely nothing offensively. Still this is starting to shape up a pretty entertaining game. Chris Kelly is exactly the 3rd line center I'd like Ducks to have.
Edit; Caps won. Holtby was really good. If he continues to play like this, Boston is going to have their hands full in that series.

With the sheer arrogance of both fan bases, I think it would be absolutely hilarious if both of last year's Stanley Cup finalists were eliminated in the first round.

I just tuned in and thought to myself
"I know that voice from somewhere" ...
He does sound a little different, though. I like him. Good to see he's got more than his Ducks gig going.

It's so weird hearing Hazy on a national broadcast.

Ugly game, too. Should be some suspensions.

What a nasty game between the Sens and Rangers. This is they type of game that Anaheim used to thrive...with intimidation.

Boyle scores a goal.
I remember when Brown, Tambellini, and Boyle were going to be better than Getzlaf and Perry. Although to be fair Frolov was better than Chistov.

Karlsson plays like the entire game. I never see him off the ice.

You've been listening to Bob Cole a little too much then.

What did Boyle do to irritate the Senators?

He ragdolled and delivered about a dozen gloved punches to Karlsson in the 1st game. Ottawa dressed some muscle for Game 2.

Nothing like a little nastiness and hate to make the playoffs exciting.

Neither the Hawks or Coyotes want to play defense in OT. Back and forth.
edited; Hawks just won.

edit - Good on Andy Mac for reacting immediately. That is why fighting has a place in hockey. Not Carkner on Boyle - that was ugly.

Watched the highlights of the games today and man that is entertaining stuff. Hopefully Halak isn't out for long.
