Fringe rose 33% to a 1.2 last night.
Has to be viewed as good news.

I'm confused as ever about what DRJ's endgame is supposed to be. That episode didn't help.

Any one else glad he didn't show up had and made you think about him(or rather the actor) trying to dance (Mad Men last Sunday)?

I can't even believe they're played by the same person. It's a hell of a job by Anna to pull both of them off.
And yes, last night felt like....an early Season 3 episode to me. I don't like Alt-Linc dying BUT I like that they finally gave Our Linc a purpose. Until now he was a sad puppy dog without a home (literally/figuratively).

I find it interesting that with Peter had to have HIS Olivia for so long, Linc just wants ANY Olivia.

Highlight of last night was Fauxlivia going "WHAT UP, TYRONE??" at AltLinc after finding out his middle name

A lot of people were excited that an announcement on Season 5 was coming this week...
But I have a feeling that was put off to see what the ratings were for this week on a non-holiday/non-movie premiere week.
And we all failed. And now we're going to be canceled.
**** Neilsen boxes up the ass.

"Here's my escort... And by escort I don't mean a prostitute."
Walter was on fire this episode.

Good episode, but I hope it actually ends up having to do with the story. At least last year the future episode was a vision by one of the characters. This just seemed totally random.

A semi-spoiler, but per an interview I read this week, Season 5 will have a LOT to do with that episode.
You know, if we get it.
I highly doubt we'd go to 2036 though. I'd think it would be more "on the road" to a war against the Observers.

That last episode was intense, definitely my favorite episode throughout the series. Walter was a complete badass at the end.

Man, that eppy was the bees knees. Joshua Jackson said before it aired that it could set up a potential S5. They also have 2 finale's shot for this season, one that would end the series, and one that would keep it going. Obviously waiting to see now what FOX does..
And then this yesterday, a fan asking Joel Wyman on the chances of Fringe being back for a 5th.
@AlexAntonetz
@JWFRINGE On a scale of 1-10, how positive are you feeling about renewal?
@JWFRINGE
@AlexAntonetz Hahaha. um... 9.99. Good? Jeff and I have faith in Kevin Reilly and all our friends and supporters at Fox.
So no conformation yet, but when the producer essentially says there is a 99% chance it will be back, that makes me smile.
I'd love for the 2036 storyline to continue into next season.

Yep, I dig the 2036 timeline as well. The question is, how does Jones fit into it?

I think it's likely that Jones gets stopped here.
But is he working for the Observers? Is he working for William Bell....who was proven to still be "alive" in some form in 2015 (when the Fringe team was ambered)? Is he working for himself? That's the fun of the next three weeks

As part of that whole convo, they said they WILL have an answer this week.
