4/14 Moore

KKurzCSN 7:54pm via Twitter for iPhone McLellan upset with Sobotka's "sucker punch" of Moore (his words). Moore suffered broken nose.

Guessing he'll be playing with black eyes on Monday. (Unless his breathing is impacted.)

I thought he was upset of Marleau's sucker punch...

Wow Sobotka is bad ass beating up Moore with his UFC style moves. What a beast. Let me guess no suspension right that's ok to do lol.

I hope the Sharks are PISSED OFF and beat the crap out of them at the tank on the scoreboard and with their fists. The Blues are weak jokes they go after all the non fighters on our team like they're tough or something?

I saw Jackman and Murray going at it, Murray is gonna throw that goof around I hope. I'd love to see Backes grow a pair and take his beating from Jumbo. Maybe Clowe can beat the crap out of one of their softer players and see how they like it?

I'm not even a fan of Moore but what a bunch of bs.

Does anyone have a clip of the beginning of the altercation where Sobotka first throws the punch?

Maybe this will motivate the Sharks to destroy the Blues on the scoreboard. Nothing else matters. Bruises, cuts and scrapes heal within days/weeks. Getting eliminated in the playoffs hurts for much longer.

Chicken**** play by Sobotka. He was going after Moore from the drop of the puck. if there is a suspension coming out of this game (there won't be), it should be him.

Jackassman wanted no part of Murray, either.

Exactly. Cowardly. Both of them. Bunch of fake tough guys on the Blues.

**** you, Sobotka. What a punk move. You're real tough jumping a non-fighter like that. Even try that with Boyle and you'll get wrecked. What a *****.

I'll tell ya, if Boyle is weary of the boo birds, he ought to encourage that entire locker room to play with a spine and heart and come out with a W like game 1 instead of getting bent over in every facet on ice.

Probably the wrong thread for this, but I wouldn't exactly be disappointed if Moore missed Monday's game.

Yeah, the Mitchell - Moore - Gali line isn't doing much except getting penalties.

Not sure what to do with that line and the 1st.

They need some more beef on that line. Winchester has a place in this series if he can manage not to goon it up.

At least at home SJ gets last change. With StL change, their top line managed, what, 1 goal? Should be good tomorrow.

Blues Feed - 2:53 mark. can't see the first punch though...

Fan in the stands video - 1:35 mark.

This one you can see Sobotka and Moore are just standing there, then a little bit of shoving and then Sobotka all of sudden punches Moore. What a ******!

I posted on another thread that Sobe threw the sucker punch. Can't deny that. Interesting that no Shark fan wants to mention the sucker punch Marleau threw, or the elbow Burns gave to Nichols. This is playoff hockey. Crap like this happens in every series. Now, I agree the Sharks should Dress Winny over Galiardi. Brad is a tough SOB.

Did Marleau break the guys nose?

I will agree that Burns elbow was stupid and should have been a penalty. Lucky for him (and Scotty) that he didn't make as much contact as he could have.

Marleau barely hit him. And it's Patrick ****ing Marleau.

And come on, you say "no Sharks fan wants to mention the Burns elbow"? I did in the main thread. No one is denying that Burns' elbow hit Scotty. We like Scotty. What we are denying is the idea that Burns is a dirty player and that he meant t do that. Burns' style is to stand people up at the blueline with his forearms. He wasn't expecting how short Scotty is.

And Blues fans are conveniently ignoring McDonald slew-footing Couture. I haven't seen a single one acknowledge that. Or the Sobotka sucker. They keep saying that Moore "was squared up, should have seen it coming". Yeah, he could see it coming, but he was pinned to the ground and Sobotka broke his nose. Tell your buddies to stop glorifying it.

Seriously. At least Burns got a minor for his elbow. Blues fans are acting like Burns didn't get a penalty.
