It'd have to include a player with potential of being just as good/slightly below (Parise-level) + they'd have to be cheaper + young + Shero would probably want an overpayment, so add a D/G/depth F.
It depends who you get in return. Personally, the only trade i would consider for Malkin would be with Edmonton getting back in return RNH Hall and Eberle...
If you have Malkin you need to feed him 70% offensive faceoffs or you're gonna have some problems. Not many teams have the raw possession skill to afford that.
He's not good at faceoffs nor defense and that can cause problems on your average team. Think RNH in Edmonton.

1)Edmonton is not your average team. They are a terrible team.
2)Malkin is twice as good as RNH.

1) He's just stating what would likely happen on a different team that had Malkin, and in no way referenced the oilers as being that "average team".
2) He did not compare Malkin's talent level to Nugent-Hopkins' talent level, he just compared their ability to win faceoffs, specifically in the defensive zone, which Hopkins struggles mightily at
No. An NHL game is 60 minutes. A #1 center logs anywhere from 18-25minutes a night. There is enough room for both of them. Back-to-back SCF runs in 07/08 & 08/09 including a Cup win where they went #1-#2 in playoff scoring effectively proved this.
A better question is what the hell do you do with Jordan Staal. He has a Cup ring, Selke nomination, Calder nomination and 431 NHL GP at the age of 23. How long will he be content with receiving the most heavy defensive assignments and the lowest quality offensive opportunities? Being stuck behind a single #1 center is one thing, but being stuck behind two is almost unreasonable. While I'm sure Staal often appreciates being 3rd/4th/5th in taking the blame for huge losses, I'm also sure he works hard on his offensive game and would like to one day be counted on to be the guy who is given #1 unit PP time and sent out there for one minute left to score the big game tying goal.
This is completely baseless speculation but when you consider how he plays the game I wouldn't be surprised to see Jordan Staal join Eric Staal one day in Carolina. Eric Staal is the prototypical franchise #1 center, and is perfectly capable offensively. Jordan Staal would look tremendous slotting in as the 1B, shutting down the opposition and being counted on as the #2 scoring threat. I would assume, them being brothers and all, that they would have some sort of chemistry so they could get the Crosby-Malkin treatment getting played on the PP together and when they need a big goal on the same line as well.

Trade him to Calgary for Iggy so we get a No.1 center to build around and Pitts gets a good winger.
As a fan of Malkin, I surely want that to happen. I feel that he never gets enough credit/attention unless Crosby is injured, and even then the team led by Malkin is often refered to as "Crosby-less Penguins".
Judging from this year, Malkin can do quite well being the go-to guy and actually enjoys it. If he ever becomes one for a long period of time, for Penguins or any other team, I will be happy for him.
