Naah, years of disliking him didn't disappear after his return. I think many Damon Hill fans feel the same. Australia 1994 is still not forgotten.

EDIT: nothing beats the looks of the 90's turbo monsters, cars like the Williams FW15.

Now, for the ugliest car: anyone remember this disaster? Thank God the FIA forbid those 'X-wings'. They made the car look stupid.

Lotus they should fire the person in charge with the pitstop strategies.

Hopefully Nico takes his first win!

This has been a great race. It will be interesting to see if Vettel can close in for the win. Hopefully not.

Nevermind, didn't realize Rosberg had such a lead. Plus Vettel just got passed.

Congrats to Nico! 50% Finn and 50% German.

Lotus totally blew Kimi's race. Kimi Mad. No ice cream for the crew.

I've never really considered Rosberg to be a Finn, and probably never will. Even Vettel speaks way, way more Finnish than him...

Me neither. IIRC, he speaks (in addition to German&English) French, Italian and Spanish, and not a single word in Finnish. Well, swear words probably.

Does he ever swear? Wouldn't really fit his clean, pretty boy image...

Vettel with Raikkonen on his tail. Fantastic racing. It's going to come down to the last pit change.

DiResta's overtake from 10th to 8th on one corner was fun to watch.

Comeon Vettel, just nurse the soft tires home. Raikkonen falling back but he's still on mediums and can make a late push.

McLaren's day just in shambles - sad performance all around. Wow for Lotus though!

Oh yeah that Red Bull guy

Anyone else laugh when they were talking to the podium finishers and Kimi didn't look impressed at all while Roman Grojean had the biggest smile on his face

I chuckled a little bit. That's Kimi being Kimi. Grosjean was just happy to be on the podium.

Hey guys,
I was wondering why a driver is not allowed to activate DRS to prevent an overtake assuming the other driver is within 1 meter and activating DRS himself?

AND, do we have a group whom play F1 2011 on console? Maybe we can get a big race week-end every other weekend in accordance with the current races?Just an idea. I'd be willing to organize it if need be.

Because the point of DRS is to foster more overtaking. If both cars are using the system, then it cancels out.

Unfortunately, it's not the first, and defiantly won't be the last time this happens. Today's formula 1 drivers for the most part have much more complex schedules that are monitored by the team. I miss Senna. Always made sure to have the car set up his way.

Jensen said last week that McLaren do not have major updates at Mugello.

If there's a third guy infront the guy who's being overtaken, and that guy is less than a second away- then he can use the DRS. Otherwise, no.
