Seems to me that the Habs are a long way off from matching the Flyers and the Pens. They'd need to acquire a terrible goaltender and abandon all thoughts of defense to even be in the same league.

Is itthe Pittsburgh D or is it Fleury? The Flyers get a minimum of 4 goals every game. That's quite a hurdle even for Crosby, Malkin, and Staal. The Penguins look as though they're going to be swept this time.

That's a penalty to Kunitz? I mean, the refs weren't watching the NYR-OTT game yesterday.

If anyone was wondering about most goals combined in the first three games of a series, well I believe this one's it:

34- 1982 Smythe DSF, Edmonton (16) vs. LA (18). LA took game one 10-8 (highest scoring playoff game ever), lost game 3-2 in OT, won the Miracle on Manchester game 6-5 in OT.

This one's at 30 so far. Only need 5 to break it. It can be done. Teams trade 2 goals in the third and the Flyers pot the empty netter, 9-6 the final haha.

CraigJButton:
Bryzgalov has given up 35 goals in last 8, almost, playoff games. 12 goals against in this series & Flyers close to 3-0 series lead. Amazing

Fleury never seems to disappoint. I wonder what his SV% is now.

It was .804 to start the game

Fleury isn't stopping anything. Johnson should have been in after the 3rd goal. He looks terrible for a 6 mil goalie.

That would be a dumb move as no one else would want him.

Now for the joke of the day>>>>>>>>>>>>
The goaltending is so bad even Scott Gomez could score.

If Pens go on to get swept, along with the Canucks in the first round, are both Bylsma and Vigneault out of jobs come the summertime?

Wasn't Paul Martin supposed to be good? I remember he being hyped a lot as underrated while with the Devils.

Can you imagine the headlines if Price was one of those two goalies?

The media and fans would run Price out of town if he let in as many goals as Fleury has in the last 3 games...

They would revisit the Halak trade and blame Lars Eller.

If the Pens lose tonight I wonder whether they will come out on the ice for game 4. This is humiliating.

Probably not. Especially noy Bylsma. He's coming off a Jack Adams year and got this team to 4th despite injuries to key players, needless to say no Crosby for 60 games. Let's get serious here.
