How can anyone of you blame the defense when our penalty kill is giving up 1 or 2 shots each powerplay.. and the dumb #### in the net is just letting them all in? Bryz is playing terrible at the other end, but next to Fleury he looks like god. I will never ever be on Marc's side after this disgrace. Get him out of the net already and give the team a chance to win one.
he had a terrible 1st. should Fleury make a big save or two? ya. but those last 2 weren't on him. The first he had no chance. the 2nd was a breakaway against our freaking PK unit.
A couple of thoughts before I go try to cut my own head off with a cleverly rigged up bunch of cheese wire:

I can't blame the Penguins defense for playing like they are. Their goalie is putting up 84%, 76%, and 78% save numbers... Hes not stopping anything. Its gotta be a nightmare trying to defend that.
What's wrong with the Pens D this series? They're not that bad are they? I mean you can blame Fleury for some of those bad goals, but the D isn't looking good. Is Letang that important? He played last game though.

Martin has gotten burnt in every situation he has been put in and he's still out their in the key ones. Thats all DB folks. An injured Niskanen, who shouldn't even be dressed, would make better plays out there.

Martin? yes! Orpik? no. We need toughness on D, Orpik will be back to normal next season. Hope we go hard after Suter in the offseason. **** Parise at this point.
My only bright spot with this is that Philly will get smoked by Boston or the Rangers. Teams with elite goalies and guys who are not named Martin or Michalek.
