Most important game of the series... again... After watching games today, especially Pit-Philly and LA-Van, i have a feeling our series might get a little nastier.

My lines for game 3:

Ovechkin - Johansson - Brouwer
Chimera - Backstrom - Semin
Hendricks - Beagle - Laich
Knuble - Perreault - Ward

Carlzner
Greenerlik
Widelov

PP1 - Orlov - Green - Ovechkin - Backstrom - Semin
PP2 - Wideman - Carlson - Laich - Johansson - Knuble

Unfortunately, we know this won't happen

Lets just call Kundratek up and roll with 81-36 instead of the two idiots we have on the 3rd pairing now.

Neither do Shultz and the playoffs. He's been doing fine, but it seems like it's more because of Holtby than anything that hes done.

Watching him get beat like a wet rag by Kelly and then Pouliot made me cringe.

It would be next round if it happens at all.

Wideman's been legit, not sure why Orlov isn't in over Schultz. Rookie aside he's much more agile and quick on his feet and has an offensive dimension that can seriously help in at least clearing the zone. If he's in Schultz's position on Boston's goal he probably recovers quickly enough to sweep it away.

Maybe they need Schultz's playoff time broken ankles experience.

Disturbing seeing a Capitals goalie in the league leaders.

I really wonder whens the last time Ovechkin was on that page... Depressing.

Last day of the season actually. Don't be depressed.

Sarge will make his exit when he has a full proper 10 out of 10 pirouette

Lol at Shultz.

Seriously early GDT worries me.

But let's take this down caps you have stolen home ice advantage.

Wow, you spent days brainstorming the most pc GDT you could and not 3 minutes in there's already a ******** Boston fan on the main boards. Nice job warden

It's days like these that make me convinced that humanity could use a reboot perhaps.

I still laugh when I see the Hendy abusing of TT gif

This game will not be easy. I don't know how it is but teams feel pressure at home, to dangle or whatever it is, put on a show. We are not that show. This is a good test for Dale now that he gets last change. While I do expect high TOI from his grinders I also expect him to free Ovi.

It's true. The Caps always feel the "need for speed" and dangles at home. If we do that we'll get torched.

Just gotta keep calm. Frustrate the Bruins. Score a PP goal or two.

Does anyone know if the fans have an actual plan to do something to Thomas? I doubt there will be too many people with Obama masks if its just the RMNB article telling people to.
I'd think most people would be tired of politics in an election year (perhaps pre-emptively so), so any Obama/Thomas stuff would be halfhearted at best.

I'm really loving watching this Pens/Flyers series, they are really showing their true colors(cheapshot players)!

I really would like it if all Caps fans had cutout masks of Obama's face.

At least on popsicle sticks...

I would also like there to be too many hats on the ice tonight at some point.

IDK.......I think I like GreenHamr for that duo. Looks and sounds more Rock Starish.

Anyway.......Green with the GWG. Thanks. Ovechkin with a goal or two too.....also.......in addition to too. Or something like that. More coffee needed this AM.

I was too late to make the topic. We won last time I did it

Anyway.

We block shots = we are playing bad
Why can't we score like Pittsburgh? Cause what they are doing is working!
The ONLY reason why we are winning is cause of Holtby!

Am I missing anything?
