Why? So that the 5 US Kings players or so can enjoy it? The majority of the Kings team is Canadian. Don't get the chanting of countries. Nucks have a few Americans as well.

Kings could use the sweep to get healthy. Lots of bruises from this series.

Another great third period by the Kings. Great to see them finish each game strong.

Still don't understand the icings by Mitchell at the end.

If that happens, then I guess you could say that the Canucks...

I think it's stupid as well but you know that's not the intent of the chants. It's a LA vs. Vancouver thing. Don't get me wrong though, the chant is stupid.

Definately agree. Boston does it, and well, about every single person outside of Boston hates it, including Americans.

I was saving it until the (hopeful) series win but your set up was too good to pass on.

Will post again on the mainboards hopefully after game #4.

Three unbelievably satisfying wins. Brown continues to raise his game: guy knows how to hit when hitting's under the microscope.

And there's the game-winner too.

If Loktionov is hurt, who gets the call with Cliffy still hurt and Richardson still recovering from the appendectomy.

New York was doing it in game 1 vs. Ottawa.

I thought Voynov played a great game. He passed up one shot, but the Voynov-Mitchell pairing has been the best pair for either team.

Mitchell is in beast mode. Quick, brown and Mitchell have brought it each game.

Both teams know it isn't over. Vancouver almost lost in 7 after being up 3-0 last year. Obviously Richards was on the Flyers when they made a 0-3 comeback.

Still plenty of room for improvement by the Kings.

Is it me, or are these playoffs as a whole insane? It feels like a month has gone by in 5 days. What's a few more gray hairs though?

They better play better next one because Quick can not be sole one holding them in like this...as he just did. Hmm?

I think the first period of the Flyers game earlier took about 4 days

Actually wouldn't mind having an extra defenseman on the bench. Dress Drewiske.
