It's so hard to get good shots on Quick, man. The Kings protect him with their lives. I remember only TWO good scoring chances that game and one Quick didn't even need to make a save on.
Nucks definitely still have the talent to pick up 4 in a row. They played such a great, high pressure game the first few periods...I'm still not confident as a Kings fan
Quick is spectacular but if the games continue like tonight the Kings can easily lose 4 in a row. Call me optimistic, I say realistic. The Kings haven't shown they deserve this series since the buzzer at game 1.

We've been the 5th best team over the last 4 years (behind Detroit, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Boston). Yeah, nothing.
Losses happen. Fourteen teams MISSED the playoffs altogether. Eight more teams will get knocked out in the first round. You're not going to win every year. Tough luck.

The captain of the Canucks was voted the 2nd most intimidate player in the NHL. One of the assistant captains is doing cartwheels on the ice while the reat of the team shoots pucks on the net practically from outside the rink. Nice team. I hope we never have to see this core win a cup. It will be so funny when this core gets traded and all our fans admit what they actually think of these slimy, cowardly players that we call a hockey team.
Anyone know if the President's Trophy winner has ever been swept in the 1st round?
Just went through the list, since 1985 (year that trophy was first presented), 5 Pres. Trophy winners have lost in the 1st round, but they weren't swept.
