I'm scared of other teams supporting the Flyers, what have we done??? Haha wow, times are a changing.

As for Coby, his mauling was Malkin was so blatant and I'm shocked he didn't get tossed. At one point, and I think the puck was nowhere near Malkin, Coby just ran up and decked him into the board then kept hitting him! I freakin' loved it.

I think Ash and Neal should be suspended, but it wouldn't bother me if they only suspended Asham because I have come to expect outcomes like that. I would only have a problem with it if next game the Flyers did similar stuff but got more severe punishment. Consistency is really all I care about.

If you get a chance Go to wfan.com they have interview up. They pretty much call him out on everything.

If the league was consistent they'd suspend asham for 25 games. Of course those suspensions are only reserved for flyers

I'll give it a listen after class. Shanny has been pretty good this post season, if you ask me. I think Carkner deserved more or Hagelin deserved less, but outside of that I have been fine with his decisions. We'll see how I feel after today. Haha.

I loved how Jagr made Dupuis look silly just holding him off and sending a one-handed pass to Giroux for the goal.

I also liked the Hulk Hogan video near the end of the game. Couturier was shown visibly laughing when they played it on the Jumbotron.

The Hogan moment was one of the best things yesterday for me

Play of the year from Jagr, in my opinion.

It sure was, and it's a shame it is getting lost in the shuffle. Jagr has looked slow, but he is still insanely strong with the puck on his stick.

Definitely one of the best plays by him this year. His strength is just unbelievable. And it just added to embarrassing the Pens even more. "Ride on my back? I'll pass one-handed. Enjoy the ride!"

The fact that the organ-eye-zation joins in on trolling the Pens is the best.

I can't remember anyone being that fast. I'm not sure he can be "caught" in the offensive zone. I though he was once towards the end of the game, but he just turned on the jets and caught the pen leading the rush at the flyers blue line, it was like everyone else was standing still. Kid is like the flash

Yeah the only problem is that sometimes he is going so fast he loses the puck on his own accord haha

Right now Wellwood is kind of like a Messerschmitt Me 262 and everybody else on the ice looks like a Zeppelin. Eventually he'll hone his speed. He's kind of like Justin Williams in his early years ...

As we know the WIP broadcast from te last game can be heard here: http://flyers.nhl.com/club/RadioPlay...s/philadelphia

I've noted the timings for some of the Flyer goals and events. Enjoy, I did.

Event - Time
Talbot - 14:30
Briere - 21:40
Briere2 - 29:42
1st Period mess - 33:10 - Chris Therien talks about Crosby.
Reader - 49:30
Read2 - 1:39:05
Simmer - 1:49:10
Roo - 2:08:40
3rd period mess - 2:34:30 - Tim and Chris with great chatter. I'd listen to the next 10 mins from here.
Talbot - 2:49:20

I really have no issue with anything Crosby has done last night.

Sure, he probably shouldn't have taken those punches to the back of Rinaldo's head but, well, we are used to that kind of stuff by him.

I was more frustrated with Craig Adams being the third man in on Hartnell and throwing fists at him while being completely defenseless.

And I probably don't have to comment on Neal and Asham.
They're gonna get theirs.

Going after Rinaldo from behind, going after Hartnell from behind, going after 37yo Timonen. Dude is a coward

Hopefully they get a big game from Bryz in game 4, and finish them. I'm feeling a "shootout"

When coburn gets mad, he's a bear to play against. It just hasn't been often. I really like him with Grossman, it's like the bash brothers out there. Grossman gives coburn the freedom to rush the puck up and use his speed.

Game is replaying on CSN right now, if it hasn't been posted.

It will be on NHL network at 3 if you aren't in the CSN area. I'll tape that one.
