I don't understand why you're so surprised. It's perfectly logical for a team's captain and pulse to skip out on the second half of a one-goal game, all in a bid to get a third-line rookie suspended. PERFECTLY logical.

Maybe my memory of the Battle of Ontario has mellowed over the years so my impressions of Leaf fans aren't quite as horrific as they used to be, but I swear to God I've never seen a more delusional fanbase than NYR fans in my life.

I must say though, the general ignorance of many Rangers fans is astounding. The main board is a terrible barometer but on their own board, it feels like there's little to no realistic discussion.

I was saying that in the SCF board GDT that the expectations for Kreider were too high and the response I got was just beyond ridiculous.
