i love this rangers team and their character....what game? all of them have forgotten game 2 already and will only talk and focus on winning 1 game tomorrow night...it is phenomenal mindset, i love it!
Ok look, I know they won a nice game. Cool, the jets made the playoffs in 06 too. We're a 1 seed for a reason and they scored 2 garbage goals for a reason. We are much better squad. Take a deep breath and enjoy your Yankees losing to the Angels. Let's go rangers
We didn't lose because of the physical play, we lost because MDZ scored on his own ****ing net.
We outplayed them the entire game, including physicality, until the last 10 minutes.
That's not the point I was making. He said the Rangers were more than ready to handle their goons being in the lineup. Clearly that was not the case Saturday. It had nothing to do with the outcome of the score, but the Rangers did not handle the goons in the lineup well.
As long as they beat them on the scoreboard, I couldn't care less about whether or not their goons are dressed. Torts won't dress Scott, thankfully.

The main problem between game 1 and game 2 was that Sens didn't allow our defense all the time in the world to move the puck out of our zone.
Our transition game is pretty much a complete disaster. Inevitably a team is going to bounce on our inability to move the puck on the breakout or possess the puck in the Ozone.
Whether its the Sens who can consistently do it, remains to be seen. But I guarantee that this issue is going to be repeatedly rear its ugly head in the playoffs for us.

Disagree. After Carkner jumped Boyle we handled them fine. Everything else you saw was the same **** they got away with in game 1- interferences, trips, etc, etc.

Um....other than the hitting, pushing, shoving....didn't konopka's line score a goal? Konopka got the primary assist I believe....how is that handling the goon line well?

So the goons scored a goal? How does that mean we didn't handle them well- it was a broken play to tie a game we had dominated for 50 minutes. If it wasn't for MDZ being braindead for a minute it's still a 2-1 win.

Guys, first and final warning, there will be no more usage of "Senaturds", if I see it again it will be an immediate infraction. The Sens Mods have been nice enough to enforce a strict no "Rags" policy. We will have the same here.
