Survived a close one at work yesterday. There's two night CSR's at my shop and I'm one of them. They decided to condense it down to one...and kept me. Lucky for me, not lucky for my buddy Mike. I wish him well. Tough times in this job market - especially in printing.

btw St. James $2 for everything. It's like the dollar store for alcoholics or the adult Toys'R'Us

Don't tell my woman that, she complains about the chocolate to peanut butter ratio. And no, I'm not kidding.

Meh, not a huge sweets fan and never touch the things myself. I only indulge with sweets once a week or so, and when I do, I tend to make it myself. Cooking is one of my hobbies.

St. James is the place to go with a girl you aren't familiar with. $20 gets both of you good and buzzed.

I am a big fan of Krause's. GREAT food, and the lack of music makes conversation possible. Dollar pints go down smooth as well.

I'm there at St. James almost every Sunday night for shots, Magner's pints, and darts.

My girl got me one of those pool ball sized jawbreakers.

No idea how I'm supposed to eat this damn thing.

Whatever you do, don't just lick it nonstop. Remember losing my sense of taste for about a month after going through one of those when I was a little kid.

I just lambasted some nucks fan on another board where they are more lenient. I had a lot of pent up rage from visiting the main board here but refraining from speaking my mind.

Yes, can't wait to go to high school tomorrow. There's nothing better than listening to a bunch of immature idiots on 4/20 every year.

I got rejected by a girl on Wednesday. My heart sank and I sulked on the way to the bus, on the bus, and on the half-block-long walk home.

It's like being a WWI fighting pilot, man. You're gonna get shot down. It's inevitable.

What matters is if you survive the crash and get back in the plane.

Can't have any real fun on the dating scene without building up some scar tissue on and around the heart. It's a good thing.

Don't worry, I have a Plan B. Jackie, farewell, though I hardly knew ye, and Emma, here I come!

Why do I feel weird typing this?

Bought a 4 pack of these last night.

Not gonna lie, was already 10+ beers and 5+ shots before I tried one, and don't remember how it was. Actually puked this afternoon while we were out at lunch. Haven't done that in years.
