The Bisons 16u, West Seneca 12u and Regals 14u teams all played in the national chamionship games for their respective tiers and ages. Unfortunately they all lost. 2nd in the nation doesn't have a bad ring to it though.
Sounds interesting...if that is truely what it is, I would totally watch that...too bad after this year it will probably never be in buffalo again if its a success a la winter classic....
I'm guessing Pegula and Black made a big effort to make this happen so good on them.
Agreed on the gutless part.
Good to see the Sabres step up on this. I'd guess there would be a short list of destinations for this event if it takes off, maybe here, Boston, Minnesota, maybe Detroit. Hopefully it comes around often.
Will be cool to go see Seth Jones play, the son of former NBA player Popeye Jones. I guess this kid is the next big thing on defense.
Is his nickname Sweet Pea?
I was worried, with the new ownership, that the team wasn't going to be interested in special events like this. I think it will be a fun time, I plan on going. It will make the 2013 draft more interesting.

$20.00 for 100/200 Level and $15.00 for 300 Level. Click on the banner

Although if your local and can get down to the FNC, I would just get your tickets
there and thus save the $8-$9 service charge that ticketmaster puts on each ticket.
