Ottawa's fans remind me of an expansion team's fans. A bunch of no-nothing bandwagoners who have a contest to see who can come up with the stupidest costume.

We just need to step it up. They were beating us to most pucks and we had to kill a few fluke penalties.

kreider was fine. i think he will settle down a bit and be a bit more comfortable but he got a couple hits on the forecheck and if gabby cud have shoveled him the puck on that pseudo 2-1 he had a wide open shooting opportunity.

Guess the refs are going to give the Sens preferential treatment. It's like we're playing Pittsburgh tonight. Refs are terrible again.

You all wanted Kreider to play so bad, and now that he is in his first NHL game, which is also a playoff game, you say he looks nervous?

I don't think I ever seen the ice be this bad in a Canadian arena.

One breakdown can cost the game and Kreider had at least 5 moments that made me extremely tense.

Sens outplayed us. Looked like the better team with the better chances. Boyle can't be getting our best chances. Richards and Gaborik need to step it up in a big way like we know they are capable of.

Did you...did you just blame the country of Canada for the REFS used in this game?

The ice is always terrible in Ottawa when its over ~45 degrees.

Rangers need to wake up. Getting trapped in the zone by a medicore team.

He wasent fine, hes play was unacceptable he did nothing that period but make one pass to Gabby to lead a rush. Hes got to get involved or this will be a 1 game experiment.

I thiought the Rangers showed excellent compusure. Given what's happened the past few days, that's a good thing.

Also Anderson with some real nice saves. Rangers had fewer shots but better scoring chances.

Yeah I noticed that too. Kreider has been standing still on a few occasions, I kept my eye on him all his shifts, he is kind of hesitant, but it is his first NHL game. On the other hand, Anisamov is worse, he looks at the puck in a corner and makes an extra stride before he goes there, in addition to floating around.

Kreider has looked extremely relaxed. I didn't see any defensive lapses. Can definitely tell he is saving energy for a legit offensive opportunity.

First line needs to get on the ice more. Not a bad period but eh, need to generate more. Sens love to turn the puck over so the Rangers need to capitalize on that

Kreider looked ok, overwhelmed by the speed of the game at times but nothing really bad either

It's the Sens and the 'Nucks buddy. Nucks down 3-0, you guys are Canada's last hope.

They WANT the ice to be bad. It helps their forecheck and keeps the Rangers bottled up.

Ya the ice does look terrible. Only thing I can think is that it was 82 there today.
