All this hate on Spezza, but he's playing by himself ppl...Michalek has been WORSE than any forward we have had! How many puck battles does Michalek lose in the offensive zone? Greening at least tries to win some but has no chemistry with Spezza at all...

And Turris is a boy amongst men out there, dude needs to add 25 pounds of muscle as he's getting ragdolled by the Rangers D...he's outmuscled off the puck 8 times out of 10...

Sure, some giveaways and stuff, but really, our no2 guy wasn't doing squat.

I don't think I heard MM's name once, and I sure as hell didn't notice him.

this was a boo urns game for sure.
Both of them did squat ****.... Spezza is supposed to be our "new" captain once Alfy goes, or he's a huge consideration... Not with ****ing performances like he had the last 2 games...

We're not out of it yet though, we outworked them this game, outplayed them, outchanced them... everything but a goal. Next game play just as hard, hopefully we get the win.

The fact of the matter is, Spezza has probably had his most complete season this year - likely the very best.

Since late March, he has been on a downward spiral. I know there were some personal events, such as a death of one of his closest buddies and the birth of a new child. He looks ready to play, but are doing all the things right now that had some "fans" and media calling for his trade for the last few years.

However, it's not just him. He really has a scrub playing with him on the LW and a 35 goal scorer who is playing like a scrub.

Both Michalek and Spezza need to spend some time watching a few tapes of what made them successful in the regular season.

Rangers have great goaltendiing, they all sacrifce the body to block shot or finish their hits but we're talking about a 1 Vs 8 here and with some luck, we would be in front 3-0.

If the Rangers get out of first round, they will be eliminated next. I have a feeling the Rangers are playing like an underdog. Hoping their goaltender still every game.
Agreed.

They are a paper tiger of a #1 seed. I really don't see them getting past the second round...if they get to the second round, that is.

For sure. Like you said though, I ain't even mad. Everyone else played their ***** off and we just couldn't get one past Lundqvist. That save on Turris was just madness. Sens just need to keep their chins up and bring the same type of game on Wednesday (hopefully +Alfie, 9MM and Spezza). I'll be there

To all the Rangers fans invading, be classy...I don't see much "powerhouse" characteristics coming from your team being the top seed in the east...a lot of your offense has been completely invisible similar to the Sens top dogs.... Congrats on the win

I understand your frustration but you are going overboard.
