For those saying horse: It's too muscular. Tend to be very chewy, tough cuts. Same with Dog.

I like chicken, but it doesn't hold a candle to red meat. Mostly because you can't eat it rare without dying.

Ostrich, gator, buffalo, and Venison are all great meats, but I haven't eaten them regularly enough to know of all the different cuts.
