The Ottawa Senators are pleased to announce that the club has signed Jarret Stoll to a two year contract, worth $7M (contract pays Stoll 3M in year 1, 4M in year 2). Stoll will start out on the third line in between Zack Smith and Daniel Alfredsson, and with his addition, gives the team three scoring lines and one energy line.
The team awaits a decision to be made on one more free agent, then the club will be finished for the offseason.
The Avalanche have agreed to terms with Paul Gaustad, he will earn an average of 2.5/year for the next three years. The Avalanche have also signed Sami Pahlsson to a two year deal worth 1.75/year

The Winnipeg Jets are excited to announce they have brough back the most prolific goal-scorer in the team's rich history...(well, the former team's history, not the Thrashers history...well you get the point), inking Teemu Selanne to a 1yr 7M contract today that includes a full NMC in a trio of signings by the rising club.
"We are estatic for the organization, and for our fans. The number will look like a rich contract, but the value Teemu brings on and off the ice to this franchise will more than pay his salary. All in all this was a business decision we couldn't pass up"
The club also filled two important holes, signing FAs Andrei Kostitsyn to a 3yr 10.5M contract, and inking a 2yr 4.5M deal with Sheldon Souray
The Ottawa Senators are pleased to announce the signing of defenseman Barret Jackman to a 4 year, $19.6M deal (4.9M/year). Jackman will add some much needed grit to the backend, and will start out alongside Erik Karlsson. With this signing that concludes the offseason for the Senators.
Have reach a 4 year contract agreement with defenceman Jason Garrison worth a total of 17mil$ (4.25 per).
''Jason was very high on our list of priority, we made a offer on day one and it wasn't a easy process but we feel he will make our team a better one. With Mitchell and Scuderi set to be UFA next year we wanted to bring a guy entering his prime years and Jason fit the bill.''
