What do you think value-wise taking out this season?
Taking out this season I'd say replace Biggs with a roster player like Mac/Bozak. Useful 2nd/3rd liners that carry some salary (more so Mac)
I'm MUCH higher on Kadri than most people are on these boards. Kid is awesome ... But I'd give him up for last years (and previous years) Clowe.
I'd give up Colborne + Mac + maybe midlevel prospect/pick at this moment. Kadri is head and shoulders above Colborne. But Big Joe could still be an awesome 2nd / 3rd line C.
Oilers could add if need be (anyone outside the big 3). Can't guarantee anything of course but I think most Oilers fans are fairly confident that Hemsky's in line for a big bounce back season in 2012/13. He was running hot at the end of this season, he'll be fully healed for next year. Only reason he'd even be expendable is because of Yakupov.

I don't know, it looks like they could use some more skill and offensive depth up front. What could the Oilers offer? outside of the big 3 and this year's first of course.

I am sorry but what kind of proposal is this? Creates more holes than it fixes, Kessel is not that much of an upgrade over Couture's OVERALL play and then giving up Clowe and a goalie prospect?!?!?!

I would think that Mathieu Perrault would be a start. I'm trying to think exactly what else on the Caps would be interesting to the Sharks and not an overpayment by the Caps... Chimera or Orlov?

We all have them once in a while and if we were doing something only for Clowe, most of us offer Colborne+ because then you have Jumbo Joe, Big Joe and Little Joe
