EDIT: And this is with the NHL assuming the hit was intentional (I do not agree)

I will trade you Mike Komisarek for him. Between periods even, if you like.

Yup, and just to make us all feel better he makes more in a year being horrible than most people will in a life time.

Thanks Brian Burke.

Wow.... Marian Hossa might actually be dead.....

That makes the Brown-Sedin hit look like noting.

Defintiely leapt. Probably should have been a 5 minute major.

He deserves a suspension just because of his past.

Torres should be out for the playoffs. And first twenty games of the season. Jumping late headshot by a player with a known history of headshots. There should almost be a way to suspend other members of the team to make sure **** like that stops happening.

Honestly I think the fact that he got the head was incidental, but the fact that he leapt into him is definitely a suspendable offense.

Well with Detroit, Vancouver and Pittsburgh on the verge of elimination, these playoffs have surely taken an interesting turn. 57% of my playoff pool is between those 3 teams

He leaped into Hossa's head. That looked pretty intentional to me. The NHL really needs to crack down on this ****. The fact that these guys get 3-5 games for hits like this while star players are knocked out for months due to concussions is the reason we keep seeing them.

I only saw it quickly from two different angles, but I thought it looked like he wasn't trying to jump into his head, just into his body and incidentally got Hossa's head.

Doesn't make it right or anything.

That downright headhunting by Torres is what the Canucks are missing, to be totallt honest with you. ****in retarded we let him go, and picked up Marco Sturm for $2 million after even.

Ian White had no choice. He had to ride Lidstom's coattails over to that side of the ice.

You mean you wish we had those momentum shifting hits like the one on Seabrook? Oh, wait. That shifted momentum in their favour. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
