Panthers at Devils - The "We Suck" edition

Meh.

To be clear this isn't a vote of confidence on Marty, just the available goalies are not better.
Look at Mike Smith. Dude came out of no where. We'll be fine if Brodeur retires. I don't want him dragging it out and putting a dent in his legacy.

Someone go to the Devils lockerrom, and take a dump in every locker. Give them a reminder of what they played like tonight! Pathetic is too nice. I'm at a loss for words.
I'm transferring this over from the GDT. It's absolutely true.

Gonna just copy and paste what I wrote in the last thread...

Also, I get the idea of saving the timeout for maybe a seemingly more crucial moment, like a long shift follwed by an icing, etc. But honestly Deboer needs to call the timeout after the second goal to not only gather the troops and tell them to stop ****ing around but also slow the panthers momentum. Look at the Flyers, Pete calls his timeouts as soon as his team is down 2-0, he gathers his team and refocuses them, and it pays off. Deboer sees the Panthers get two before the first was over but thinks everything is okay, NO. Obviously this team is mentally weak so ****ing call a timeout for them to get their **** together. If he calls a timeout then, we wont need to call the timeout at the end of the game when we' re down by 1 with a minute left. Once again... ****.

Just shaved.

Cut my lip open pretty bad with the razor, the bathroom looks like I brutally murdered someone and then washed up in the sink.

My whole life is a mess right now.

Shoving my face full of candy, then taking some sleeping pills and passing out.

Sorry guys, I apologize for my horrible performance tonight much like our team.

I love you Marty, I thought this team had enough to let you cruise through some games. All I ask is for you to just keep us in the game while everybody else gets their heads out of their ***** and plays 60 minutes. It's not like you're under siege or anything but every chance on the PK is turning into a goal. You are our best PKer and well, Volch has seem to **** the bed soo. I've been with this team since the beginning and should know better not to get so pissed but they are finding new ways to do so. I'm too old for this ****.

Does anybody know why CJ stood up after the 2nd Devils goal and started screaming "it's all your fault!"

I still think the "worst playoff call" in Devils history still stands as the Goalie interference situation against Carolina a few years back. That cost the Devils an entire series.

Haha I thought I was the only one taking a couple sleeping pills just so I can go to sleep and hopefully wake up feeling a little better.

Post game rage subsided, reality setting in. Only down 2-1. At least we're not the Penguins or Vancouver. Still don't have much faith in going far though

Detroit is down 3-1 too. Seriously, home ice has been a curse this year.

I agree with this. That is the one thing that irks me about DeBoer. He never calls a TO to calm the team down.

I'm officially at my breaking point with this team. Fire Lou, put Marty out to pasture and let Zach go bye-bye. They're about the only constants left from the shameful performances this team's put up in the playoffs the last few years other than Elias, who can't be moved for another year or two anyway. GUT THIS TEAM NOW!!!

Underachieving, pathetic losers, the whole lot of them. I screamed about three times as much tonight at them as I ever have (and the refs too, but that's a secondary issue now). If you can't hold a 3-0 lead in the playoffs, kill off a single PP, stop easy shots or compete once you get behind then you don't deserve to play NHL hockey.
