also I think teams should get a 8-12 hour window to pick, for people in other countries or go to school, just saying

That's why you should send a list. I know it's annoying but if this is gonna work youre gonna have to check in at least 3 or 4 times per day

Ok so 1hr time limit. The time limit is only in effect from 12PM - 11PM. When the time limit is not in effect, you can still pick if it's your turn, but you won't be skipped for not picking in the allotted time slot.
Also, it's not going to be like...

It depends on how fast each person picks. So...
could be the 1st pick at 12PM. And say they pick at 12:15.
The next team then is on the clock from 12:15-1:15 and so on.
Try to PM the next GM! I may need some help though because I can't PM!
