Soon, Ill give everybody till the end of today to claim there team (if there is anyone left).
We need to come up with a chat/message service so that you can talk/send PM's while outside of the game. Especially for the draft(Trades, change in player decision making).
FYI the drafting will be live, HOWEVER, I will be drafting for everyone. Why? The draft page is buggy in online mode, and can only support the league host to view it live. As far as I know, you will all be able to view the RANKINGS page, not the actual draft page. This way, you can view the attributes/scout reports to the players that are available to you.
My plan is to have everyone view the draft rankings before we commence the draft, have a list of players they want, then tell me which player you want when your turn is up.
I am definitly interested in it, but i must admit i have no idea how EHM works online eventhough i played 100s of hours offline.
How would it work? Setting up a server where everyone logs in or sending the lines, trades, etc to the commish.
I d like to take the Canucks if i can figure out how it works
I will be hosting, so when my computer is on (which it is 15/24 hours a day) you will be able to do everything that you can do in the offline mode. As the commish, all I do is admin the draft day and add in the GM's. You will be able to make trades, edit lines, and everything else while the server is live. The only reason why we have set up a chat room, is so that you can send messages to people even if they arent playing the game at that moment.
what year are we drafting? and where in the season are we starting?
Yeah I would like to know too.
And how I install the new database in order to play online ? Keep me in touch to know when we begin too as I'm new with this concept.

EDIT : Just saw on the chat that we're begining tomorrow, I left a message to let you know I didn't installed the rosters yet and I want to know how I do to join tomorrow..
Im going to be sending PM's to all of the GM's that I have on my list in a few minutes. It will include the links to Hamachi (so you can connect to the game), and the newest database (with instructions on how to install it).
In addition to that, try to make it to the starting time tomorrow. If you havent heard, we will be starting at 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. I will be on the chat at that point willing to help anyone through any steps necessary.
