62 shot attempts to our 28. And that was back in the second. So what that we control the puck in the offensive zone when we do nothing with it.

Ottawa knows how to score and that's shooting the damn puck.

Play the 2nd like they did the 3rd and they go home 3-1. They have to stop sleepwalking.

i barely watch playoff ot's anymore. its ridiculous. i was at game 2 and i literally watched the ot from 1 of the concourses so i could get the hell outta there as soon as they lost. tonite i was barely paying attention and had no reaction when they lost, its just expected.

I am so ****ing sick and tired of the Rangers playing 1-3-1 protect lead as soon as they get a lead.

It's like they ****ing started protecting their 2-0 lead with 50 minutes of hockey to be played.

Callahan's been a disgrace as well after game 1.

But he scored so he'll get a free pass from everyone.

Marc Staal is the only player who should pat himself on the back tonight. He had a monster ga,e.

Oh well. On to game 5.

Stop blaming Hank. That's ridiculous. If anyone, blame Torts for overplaying his top players and tiring them out. Everyone looked gassed.

Not for nothing but we have the fastest skater in the league (unofficially) on the bench in OT, who had played roughly 3-4 minutes the entire game. Jeez Torts. Use your players to your strengths.
I dont think it has anything to do overplaying top players. Havent you noticed this "PREVENT DEFENSE" trend after a lead? This is my major beef on Torts.

it was 1:1 when we came to Ottawa, it is 2:2 now, so it is not that bad. we could also lost game 3, stay positive

The Rangers played defeated after the first period. Body language from every single player was awful, and it looked like the entire team was skating in cement for the last 15 minutes of the game. They deserved to lose tonight. Three games in a row when we've been outworked. Take care of **** at home and the series is still ours.

People keep saying Cally, Dubi, AA, Stepan need to wake up. I agree, but what about Gaborik and Richards? Complete zeroes in this series outside game 1.

Keep Stepan away from the top 6.

Put Richards back with Gaborik.

I thought the first one was a good goal. But that second goal was a ****ing joke. A typical Lundqvist gift. The 3rd goal was also stoppable. It's just that you know that the Rangers aren't winning with Lundqvist in net in OT in the playoffs. He turns into ****ing Cloutier once OT hits, what a joke. I'm shocked he got that 1 win.

I thought the 3 games for Hagelin was crazy but figured we could deal with it. Afraid not. You can't win intense playoff games using 9 forwards, half of whom are passengers.

Heartless performance. You have a team down by 2-0 and you completely let them off the hook. Its pathetic! One of the worst performances I've seen from this team all year.

Who told them to stop playing and let the Sens dictate the play for 85% of the game? ****ing annoying.... How about playing Bickel more than ****ing four minutes a night eh?

Also why couldn't the Rangers even get out of the zone? We lackadaisically skate around and throw little short passes to nowhere.

I don't even know but if they lose game 5 this series is over and will be a HUGE choke job and everyone will love it.

And why the **** does Heyward talk about how awesome the Senators are all game, these announcers are awful --MUTE.

That game 3 win was HUGE, and ultimatley why I think Rangers win this series in 7.

Rangers will bear down and will themselves to a game 5 win. Ottawa will win game 6. And game 7 will be in NY.

Would not be upset at all.
there it is folks. knowing exactly how true that first sentence is is why im starting to lose hope.

this isnt the typical walk to the ledge madness you see on these boards, ive been quite optimistic all season.

the fact that we are lucky to be tied with the 8th seed, who has been basically dominating us, pretty much has me convinced we arent making it past the 2nd round. IF we make it out of the 1st.

Amazing in the regular season and once again ***** the bed in OT. Also a typical Lundqvist playoff performance a gift second goal and then an OT loss. I wonder if the Senators thanked him for that blue line goal he gave up. What a joke. The worst part is that he was probably this pathetic team's best player this game. This team is a joke of a 1 seed. They have been embarrassing ever since game 1. ****ing HF is right, paper tiger if I ever saw one. Anyone watching this team play could tell they're not the team that the record said it was. All they can do is defend in their zone. Can't get it out of the zone to save their lives. Their offense is pathetic.
i wont agree or disagree with your thought...but i bet the bruins fans were saying the same thing as they went through a 7 game series win last years ECQF....just saying

honestly if you are henrik how can you NOT be nervous in an OT playoff game? When the team playing in front of you is so offensively challenged how can you not have that in the back of your mind that it all comes down to you, how long you can hold out.

It should've been reversed. Gabby just likes to carry the puck ala Gomez and basically do nothing with it.
