What is the deal with Carter? Is he stil hurt or something? He is not only not scoring, but he doesn't seem to be wanting to do much of anything unless the puck happens to come to him. I hope he wakes up. Maybe him and Richards have been celebrating the wins too much because he hasn't done much since early in the series either.

A blind sided elbow to a player kneeling on the ice that draws blood.

I don't know why everyone is glossing over this.

It was mentioned that the blood came from a puck, not sedin. Even though he should not have gotten scott free. The best pay back is a win.

That's the way it goes sometimes... opportunities were there, early whistle canceled out a goal, a couple of posts, near calls from mad scrambles in front, and the penalty shot. Can't ever predict how the puck is going to bounce.

Two of the Nucks goals came from the point with Quick's view being obstructed. Kings need to dig deeper and play grittier in front of the net. Just like Sutter said, need someone in front willing to take a beating in front of the net.

Williams, Carter, Richards, Penner and Stoll have to all play better as well. They need to wrap this up on Sunday.

I agree with moving Richie to replace King. He can forecheck almost just as good and he's a lot speedier. I think Carter should be moved up to Kopi's Line and Williams down with Richards and Richardson. Quick was great. They finally got some lucky bounces. If Brown had scored on the PS, I still think the outcome would've been the same.

A 5-game series it is. GO KINGS GO!!!!!!!!
Why didn't CBC use Ontario-based commentators instead?

Or better yet, why doesn't NBC ****ing send their own crew?

I must be watching a different game, I thought Carter was good tonight. He didn't score but he was hitting, he was making plays, and had the most shots on goal of anyone on the team. I'm not the biggest Carter fan but I thought he was one of the best out there tonight.

kind of felt the same. Van still scored on the pp, so instead of a 3-1 it probaly wouldve been 3-2. On to game 5.

I agree..he wasn't terrible but the Kings need more from him..he was traded to score goals and wee need that if the kings want to beat a team like the Canucks.

It's a blind side elbow to the head.

As far as suspensions go I don't see how it gets any more black and white.

I agree. Carter played fine today. He was the only one on the line clicking a bit. The other 2 were invisible.

Maybe the Boys needed a bit of a reality check to get competitive again. This might be a good thing. Lets handle business from here on out.

He's probably not at 100%, but then again, Flyers fans have been complaining for years that when the Playoffs start, Carter's season ends.

That sucked, and I think this big break works in Vancouver's favor because we just want to get this series over with. It also sucks that we couldn't wrap the series up tonight because going back to Vancouver for Game 5 is going to be tough, especially considering they're going to be very desperate and have absolutely nothing to lose

The blood was from getting hit with the puck earlier on the play, the rest is correct. He'll get a 250 dollar fine and have to promise not to do it again per the CBA

If you guys don't report people you think are trolling and flame them instead, you're being sucked into infractions.

This is the warning both to them and you.

Kings need to start banging on the Sedin sisters every shift. I am not saying go out and play dirty but they need to finish every check on these guys. They are chasing them around too much and they are doing their little Harlem Globetrouter B.S.. Put them on their ***** and let their supporting cast take penalties like we did the first 2 games.

What has happened to his shot? He was dominant from the point during the last series against Vancouver, now he just waits til someone gets in his lane and shoots it right into them.

I guess he will get fined 2500$ at the most. But it is a dirty move and there is noway he or anyone can defend that so it will be interesting to see what happens.

You know what I take that back, he will get a warning.

-Bad Sedin, that is a nono.

Yep, I can confirm you were indeed watching a different game.

Carter was invisible tonight. Mr. One Trick Pony can't even do what he was brought in for. Mike Richards and Carter were outplayed by the 4th line, as was everyone else.

Everything but the finish was the order of tonight. Was also the order of Game 3. Kings need to get it in gear because the pressing forecheck seen in Games 1 and 2 is beginning to slip away from us.

Our three offensive defensemen are scared to shoot the puck. I know they are worried that the puck might go the other way, but constantly giving up shots is bad.
