95% of our shots were right in the logo and nobody was ever around for a rebound. we are absolutely a pitiful offensive hockey team. And torts, who I thought did a good job all year, looks clueless. Prust is on the ice all the time. he was even out there when down a goal with under 2 minutes.

I have never been this angry and * have been a fan since 1992.

Don't blame Gaborik. The problem is SECONDARY scoring. It doesn't exist on this team. We are NOT offensively skilled.

The torture of being a Ranger fan really never ends does it. Where is our “character” now? Bunch of choke artists.

Nothing more to be said. Good game Hank.

Quite honestly, no backbone or guts from the Rangers.

It is really tough to talk about anything positive when you absolutely know in your heart of hearts that your team stunk, and showed no passion.

Flame me all you want, but the Rangers were sad tonight. They started with a bang and then faded like a bunch of losers. They truly deserved to lose.

This is embarrassing. Zenon Konopka and Chris Neil are toying with us. Ottawa is playing lights out.

Surprising, because I expected the Rangers we've seen all year. The ability to respond. The ability to come back when they're kicked on the ground. This is not Lundqvist's fault, not even close. McDonagh was our best player tonight. Dubinsky is a goner. Stepan, Richards, Gaborik, Callahan...doing absolutely nothing.

Something needs to change very quickly or we're done in April when we thought we'd be playing into June.

Heads up, the series isn't over. We get Hagelin and they get a possible suspension for that hit on Boyle.

He's CLUELESS. He's a one-trick pony that gets owned by teams with speed.

Ottawa has DESTROYED the Rangers over the past few years. It's the SAME THING, speed beats cycling, especially when playing on concrete ice.

Yeah, that's what I implied.

How about getting a goal scoree that isn't completely one dimensional, butter soft
, and useless when a game is even slightly physical?

The majority opinion before the first round was Rangers, Bruins, Devils, and Penguins advance. All are down 3-2.

Wish we traded for Gaustad.

I kind of knew that winning tons of regular season games by trying harder than everyone else wouldn't work come the playoffs when EVERYONE plays as hard as they can.

And, it doesn't help when the ice is so ******* terrible that nobody can control the puck.

**** the Garden, **** the Knicks.
The thing with Nash is that he can at least generate his own chances.

Very much more than Gaborik creates his own chances.

Ottawa deserves to be leading the series.
we controlled play for parts of the game. We have no offensive skill and it is painfully obvious. That is why two straight wins seems very unlikely.

I wouldn't count on the suspension. Neil's done worse and has never gotten a sniff from the league afterwards.

Been that way since they went up 4-0 in Game 1. You could be watching game 5 of the PO's or Game 5 of the season.

The idiots saying "Trade Gaborik!!" make me laugh. We have an offensively anemic team, so the solution is to trade our best goal-scorer? I feel embarrassed for anyone who would put forth such an incredibly stupid opinion.

How about some primary scoring.

The entire team just **** their pants this series.
I know it's not over and I expect us to put up a good fight against OTT on Monday. We just have to play like there is nothing to lose.
I hope Boyle isn't going to be hurt. He has obviously been our best player.
Kreider has been dissappointing. I know you will all say it i shis first few games, but he just shys away from the play and isn't using his body. I would just think 3 games in he'd show something when he is on the ice, even if it is limited.
Getting Hags back on Monday will be BIG i think.
OTT beat us today at our own game. Great goaltending and swag. I really wish someone could step up and deliver on Monday. If not, you know this team is due for changes in the offseason if thru an entire playoff series, all our so called weapons play worse than Brain Boyle (with all due respect to Boyle).
On a final note, McDonagh is lights out. Kid plays with heart! If only the rest of the D seemed as enthused and ready to go as him.

yea you got that right. one top 3 three wing and a first line center is
more than enough offense to carry this team.

the last thing we need is another top 3 wing.

All the Eastern Conference favorites are down 3-2 in their series. We can all be miserable together.

You're completely right actually. The goal by Spezza completely deflated the Rangers
