It IS true, whoever said we make average goalies look likeVezina winners. Hell, we make BACKUPS look like prime Brodeur.

How about get some additional scoring talent so that it isn't all on Gaborik? It's not like he's the only one who didn't put the puck in the net tonight.
I said "get more grinders" where?

And how about Gaborik play with a little bit of urgency? He's been utterly useless all series. He's a primary scorer for a reason. He should be scoring. It's not even just these playoffs, he's been useless for several series in a row.

It was more bearable when we barely squeaked into the playoffs and lost in the first round.

I really don't even know what to think right now. I don't want anything to do with this team. I've lost hope

Get this Gaborik loser off my team, by the way. Love the completely unnecessary turnover sown 1-0 with58 seconds left.
No, the biggest joke is the New Jersey Devils. A lot of angry hockey fans in the NY-NJ area right now.

I have been gravitating more and more to replacing hockey as my #1 sport. I've devoted my entire life to this sport be it playing, writing, following.

The lack of respect our team gets from the league has been pushing me away from the game. The lack of giving a **** our team shows is accelerating it. The entire thing is outright upsetting to me. Almost makes me want to cry. This is just ridiculous.

this is the problem though with the thinking that anyteam is going to go far with ONE SOLE offensive threat! Especially one that isn't the most robust physical speciman.

This is why we wanted Kovalchuk, this is why we wanted Nash!

This is why this offseason we simply must land a Parise, or a Ryan, or a Nash.

Richards has been a dissapointement as well...

We are squandering an opportunity here against the Sens and a Eastern Conference that has all the top seeds down in the playoffs.

Rangers dont know what hit them and I cant believe we blew two games and lost in OT both times...That will haunt us if we lose the series.

Thats how pathetic we had been when we got soft on the forecheck

I have no faith left anymore after seeing Prust and Mitchell out there with 3:30 left in a 1-0 game.

Torts has lost it and I'm not going to let myself get upset over this teams failures anymore.

Prediction: We'll win Game 6 convincingly, giving us all hope again. And then we'll lay another egg in Game 7.

God, one of Hank's suicidal interviews are on. Feel so bad for the guy. Wants to win so badly.

That's fairly presumptuous. One reason I'm posting about Gaborik right now is that the play he made on Spezza's empty better is glued into my mind, and his overall play has been lacking extremely.

There are plenty of reasons for these losses. Gaborik, however, is a player expected to b a big factor. He hasn't been. Anisimov, Stepan, and Dubinsky have been useless too.

Losing Hagelin really changes this teams dynamic.

Boyle 3 G
Stralman 2 G 1A
Anisimov 0 G 3A

There is your secondary scoring.

Stepan & Dubinsky have been far & away more useless than Anisimov, who only played 8+ minutes tonight.

We will overpay for Parise. For sure. Sather is going to dump a **** ton of money onto his doorstep.

And I don't want him. I want Nash at this point. Or Ryan. Not Parise.

If this team's got any pride at all it'll come back to MSG. Maybe Messier will kick some a**
