What are you suggesting? Eller for Bouillon, Tootoo and a 4th? But PG has gone

I came here looking for the "neither" option.

You mean the ''Dustin Penner'' option right?

Both. I'm betting Pleks was missing them too when he was playing with Darche and White this year.

Hope the new GM realises the others error in letting him go and resigns him during summer ala Jokinen.

They are both decent players. I didn't like sergei refusing to report to hamilton and all that but kid had talent. I don't believe he's a 1st line player but Andrei, Sergei and Guillaume were/are all top 9 players with varying skillsets. I'm not one to care about the guys we lost because it's time to move on, but I hope the next time we get 3 young top 9 wingers we worry about developing them instead of 'winning now' and seeking vets and bandaids. I'd take both kostitsyns back at the right price.

Andrei. Sergei is growing on me more as time goes on, but I'd still pick Andrei first for "my" team.

Its actually a really good question, they bring totally different skill sets to the game.

i miss Skippy Kostitsyn, the lesser known if the brothers who had such a fondness for peanut butter that he got too fat and never played. He could say "peanut butter" in 27 languages.

Sergei is more of a playmaker than a goal scorer and has good vision, probably better hockey IQ than andrei but andrei has the better size and skillset IMO.

this is seriously getting out of hand. As much as I hate the trades...the lovefest for these guys is damn near sickening. They are no longer Habs...enough with the suckfest.

the god-like worship of players like that is why we are a mediocre team. The truth is AK is a 3rd liner with hands and SK is a good second line player who will take his ball and go home the second things don't go his way.

he has this cult like following on this board, which is strange because he's one of the most disgraceful figures this team has ever seen.

I'm confused about that too. Andrei, for all his flaws, was a good role player who could play physical and was underrated defensively.

Sergei puts up roughly the same numbers now that Andrei did as a Hab, without the hits. Bad trade or not, what is there to miss; 8 goals and a sense of entitlement?

Sergei play on the 1st PK unit and he's was match against the Datsyuk line most of the series he was a beast in the defensive zone.

He's not the same player he was when he was in MTL.

Well I'm not surprised at all, both are wanted and well coached for once.

But as a Habs fan I miss the Kostitsyn that actually contributed for us.
