Philly's blocking everything to protect their weak goalie. Glad we don't employ that strategy

Absolutely. They're a really good team and we are too except we seriously lack guts. Surprising but true. This team does not want it enough this year, period.

Somebody put an APB out for Sid.

I don't know what it is, but he just looks off. Doesn't seem to want to keep the puck on his stick. Very quick to pass and move it as fast as possible

Fleury put us in this hole. There is no way the Flyers should have 4 goals.

Watch us score to get within 2 again, only to have him give it right back 20 seconds later, all the while Orpik will be standing around with his thumb up his ass.

You CAN win with him, but you can also get killled with him.

Malkin - talented player for sure....lacks discipline in a BIg way, takes suckhole, selfish penalties and makes horrible decisions at times. Lots of talent, but not a lot of brains, and teams know this.

Bylsma - refuses to take timeouts, can't coach a PP to save his life, refusal to adapt, etc, etc.

Until the above change, this team will struggle.
Yeah Geno is the problem.....
I would accept what you said but where is Sid in your list??
He has been fantomatic in the last 2 games and especially the last one where we need him the most.....

We need a quick goal at the start and we have a chance. Gotta get one in quickly though.

It's difficult to play defense when shots from the blueline or behind the goal line have the potential to go in.

It isn't just Crosby.

The whole team looks bad. Like last year. Like the year before. Just lethargic and disinterested.

I'm more worried about the absolute collapse of 3/4's of Defense & Fleury.
The whole team concept of the PENS just looks bad.

-Awful discipline and penalties = Check
-Bad Gap and defensive structure = Check

Now look at St. Louis... this team is just poorly coached all around.

Here are his issues in no particular order:

1. He's been mediocre and should have been much better.

2. The team defense is an absolute joke.

3. The penalty kill is worthy of a coach getting fired.

Of course, most people only care about #1. It's much easier.

Sucks to say it, but we're not going through. Was a good effort to come back from 3-0 down but we've not got the good.

Let's just hope that Philadelphia don't win the cup - I think they will sadly.
