Malkin always tries to shoot it through 3 Flyers or make the deciding pass.

I'm ready to throw my hands up in disgust here. Pittsburgh has let Philly dictate everything in this game. They have all the momentum coming into this game and they completely failed to make use of any of it and just handed control to the Flyers.

There is a very good chance that Philly will be the only team to make the 2nd round that has ever won a cup.

You gotta admit - Philadelphia put together one hell of a hockey team this year.

They are dog meat in the 2nd round. Bryz is a huge headcase and the only reason he's the winning goalie in this one is because Fleury pulled a Luongo and was a bigger headcase than him.

And I am just disgusted at the lack of effort by Pittsburgh today. Complete and utter failure.

Their depth is amazing, and their rookies really stepped up. Not to mention they are hungry for the cup. Can't say the same for San Jose, Pittsburgh, or Vancouver.

Edit: They'll have no problem in the 2nd round if they're matched up against Florida.

That's what everyone thought about New Jersey too.

If Bryz goes back to even being average, the Devils don't have half the team the Flyers do. The Flyers are downright scary.

The Flyers are a very good team. No matter how you shake it. They still win when giving up 4 or 5 goals. Thats ridiculous. I can only see them getting better from here.

Well fleasoap. The series I care absolutely nothing about goes to 7. Was hoping it would be finished today to ease scheduling for the rest of the remaining series.

Nope. That aren't good enough to do that. I just really hope the Bruins lose. I severely dislike their fans.

That whole fanbase is so spoiled over the past decade.

Remember when Boston EVERYTHING sucked?

Yeah I miss those days a little.

Me, too. But after looking through it, you have to hold some hope that that can one day be us. *insert video of holy music and doves flying into the sky*

That's not how we do things around here tho. We are too cursed to pull off a four franchise championship.

I just can't wait for our news outlets to snap and just make running jokes of the sports sections. That would be nice. Its getting closer. But it'd be nice.

Well we've already got the Minnesota Mild, Minnesota Viqueens, Minnesota Twinkies, and Minnesota Timberwimps.

Close enough.
