If it did what a bunch of *****es.
I don't think it intimidated anybody, but it made the Canucks a better team.

Time for Carter to do something in this game. Defended him enough over the years. Gets hard when they do little for another team.

More like the kings have only scored 2 in that time. Kings are back to playing perimeter hockey

Wish someone on our team outside of Brown would play the Sedins physical.

No doubt, but it's one guy, on one line.

Even 5-on-5 against like...the Kesler line, or the Pahlsson line, the Kings look intimidated...they aren't hitting, they are reacting to what Vancouver is doing rather then making the first step.

It's that whole mentality of playing not to lose a game when you are in a position to win and rather Vancouver gifting the series to us.

You have to take it, no one gives it to you. Especially at this stage.

It wasn't just one guy. They changed goalies too and since the change the Kings haven't been able to score more than 1 a game. Quick stole the one game people were expecting in game 3. That's not enough games if the Kings aren't going to score goals.

At this point I really wouldn't mind having a player like Asham, or Carcillo on the team.

Richards and King are invisible out there, Canucks are playing the type of game any team would be playing on the verge of elimination.

The biggest problem for me is that Mike Richards hasn't showed up like he did in Game 1 in any other game this series. We can't win these games, can't advance...if he doesn't pick it up.

So they changed goalies and Sedin came back. That somehow translates to the Kings not hitting as much, and reacting after Vancouver does something rather then just doing what they want.

Look at St. Louis the other night. That was a team closing out a series with confidence. They just played their game, and didn't wait for San Jose to react.

All season the Kings have done this. When they have the lead they play not to lose. They react to the team they are playing rather then just continuing to play their game. It's execution. Think back to the last period of game 2 when the Kings were up by 2, yet they decided to honestly let Vancouver pressure them for 5 minutes straight.

It's tiresome to watch a team play not to lose rather then just play their game start to finish.

It's going to be helluva uphill battle to get 2 behind Schneider the way he's been playing. Kings need to get shots on the net with someone in front to screen.

Penner & Carter are anchors. Canucks PP is invigorated with Daniel on it. Hope Daryl screaming in the locker room to the players ala Tortorella. Like I've said all the pressure is on the Kings and the Canucks are riding a tsunami wave of momentum

I am with you on this, the Nucks were missing their best player, also I think the they took the Kings a little light.

Well that's all gone. Now they are ready for the Kings.

I bet Sutter thinks that was their best period of the series, too...

Let's put things in perspective:

St Lous >>> San Jose
Vancouver >>> Los Angeles

To add to my point, it's all confidence. This is the team that went on a tear of scoring 3-4-5 goals a night for a stretch because they never let up, they never hesitated, they never thought about the position they were in they just went out and played and won games, and won them convincingly.

It's like all of a sudden the Kings realized "Oh **** we are one game away from winning this series. Well, let's play real conservative and not make any mistakes."

There goes your offense.
