RICHARDSON is playing great in the playoffs again. Last year he was instrumental on having the kings best line with simmonds and clifford against san jose.

hope sutter keeps him in the line up

I love the intensity on Hextall's face, he looks like he wants to be on the ice. Ride this wave of momentum into the second round.

This leaves Nashville's opponent to be either Phoenix or Chicago. I think the Predators will come out victorious over any one of those teams.

The Kings should also be thanking the Sharks for winning the last two games of the season to put the Kings in this position. Thank you San Jose!

After I calmed down from thrusting my hips at the TV and telling Vancouver to suck it and yelling something to the effect of "heck yeah!".....I rewatched the celebrations and went frame by frame looking at who was grabbing who, each and every smile and just the sheer excitement from all of them. Gave me this calm moment of smiling to myself as I inched the video forward. Quick and Stoll embracing as the pile started to seperate was awesome.

Who would have guessed. #8 beats #1. We all knew Quick was awesome, but Jarrett Stoll?!?! Jarrett freaking Stoll? The goat becomes the hero.

All I know is I love playoff hockey. It's the best time of the year.

For those of you who want to relive that painful memory, here you go:

Now where is that silly Canucks fan who claimed to be 100% on his "comeback predictions?"
That moment is *exactly* what I thought about on that breakaway, especially with how the Sedins picked Quick apart with that low-stick-side shot in 2010. When he made that save, I knew it was time. Soooo slick.

And for what it's worth, I wanted to post two hours ago, but I've been dealing with the cops...the neighbors across the street thought I was having a huge fight with my roommates we went so nuts

I still can't believe this is happening. So surreal after so long. Wow, what a game...and it was so back and forth for the last 10 minutes and overtime! So much energy!

I wish we could see Quick's reaction after the winner. They never show the goalie's reactions after goals.

I'm so glad I recorded the final few minutes of the third and all of OT and the post game. That will be able to sustain me for a while.

WOOOOOOHOOOO!!! 11 years later, this feels so right! Finally, Stoll found his old shooting touch that was magic during shootouts last year. Beer tastes so much better when the Kings when a playoff series.

Not sure it has been pointed out but Stoll and Penner account for 3 of the 4 game winners in this series. Irony at its finest.
