question: do you think skell wins if silfverberg stayed in ottawa this year?

i'd say his scouting troll almost won him a championship, he just didnt count on silfverberg staying in the SEL.

Skellefteå wins the finals if Silfverberg isn't playing for Brynäs, he was that big part of their team, easily playoff MVP. I think Frölunda would have eliminated Brynäs in the quaterfinals if Brynäs wouldn't have had Silfverberg.

His regular season and playoffs are damn impressive.

Silfverberg has officially arrived in Ottawa! Hopefully we get a good, long look at him this postseason

Well, looks like he listened and got the **** over here for game 6.

I like him playing and with the first line at that. No time to overthink anything, just go out and play his game.

So I assume this means Stone and Butler are out?

Too bad because I liked Stone. Contributed offensively and actually made some great defensive plays too.
More excited about Silfverberg though.

It looks that way but it really isn't. He'll be replacing a 19 year old who's debut was last game.

Chemistry with this group isn't a problem. Stone came in last game and they welcomed that and won. Silfverberg should be no different.

It's always a risk.

Generally, if it 'aint broke, you don't fix it.

But with Alfie going back in, chemistry was always going to be affected.

Stone obviously had a big impact in his last game, so I have trust in team management.

At the start could tell he was very talented but would need some time to adjust to the N/A ice. It seems he is starting to, as last game he looked awesome, currently stands at 2g, 4a in 11 games (tied for first in team points), but the team has been struggling/has had some injuries. Think his totals will start to pick up as he adjusts more/the team improves

He's struggled then, only two goals with that shot? He'll improve.
